Please just transfer all of the games that I purchased to a different username or send me my lost username.

I bought NHL **. It stopped working and told me that I needed to reset my xbox in order to make it work. When I reset the Xbox it erased my username that was connected to my games. ... My Xbox One with all of my games on it was reset. The games are still on it but I can not use them. I can prove with my credit card and phone number that I am the one who purchased the games. I only used a Microsoft email when I signed up because it was required and I can not remember what it is. You have my other email and my credit card information on record so please help me with this situation. I have everything I need to prove this is me except for my Microsoft email. My name is Brian Keene and my phone number is (***) ***-****. I think that you may have actually given my Microsoft email to a person in England who has the same name as me but I can not prove that you did this.
Seeing how I am clearly the person one who purchased my xbox and my games it is very unfortunate that I am prevented by xbox itself from playing my own games. I am guessing that you gave my original Microsoft email away to a different person because I had not used it recently. I hope that is not what happened because that would be an illogical thing for a company to do as it would obviously only create problems for paying customers.
You send my receipts or proof of purchase of my games to *****@***.com . You should just allow me to have all of my games associated with that email. It does not make sense for you to send confirmation of my purchases to that email and then for me to not be allowed to play those games on that email. If you do not do this or send my original username and password then you are really just stealing money from me.
I have had Xbox One for several years and had a regular Xbox before that. I have paid a lot of money to Microsoft in my life. I have continued to purchase your products despite your products consistently having issues.
I do not want to try buying a Playstation. Please help me out with this so I do not have to do that.
