I own the game Rainbow six on disc, it wouldn’t load resettled the console and cleaned the disc but nothing happened. I went to the Xbox store and tried to purchase the digital version and press play on * different versions. I got charged twice for a game I already own and I can not play it still. All I want is to have the money replaced in my account since I didn’t receive anything from the transaction.*My gamer tag is ThreeAmigos** *I would really appreciate it, thank you.
