Hello, I am Adam Ambrose. I had a gamer tag on Xbox [redacted] which I was transferring to Xbox One. Unfortunately, the pawn shop sold my Xbox before I could reclaim it. Additionally, my phone number has changed, and the email linked to my gamer tag was hacked by my ex-girlfriend, causing me to lose access to multiple accounts. The email I used was [redacted], and the last gamer tag associated was [redacted] I no longer have access to my old phone numbers ([redacted] and possibly [redacted]). I am willing to provide a credit card number associated with the account and can submit a photo of my driver's license if necessary. Losing my saves for Fallout 4 has been quite devastating.

In the past three months, I made sure to disable auto-renew for my Live subscription. Despite my efforts, it appears that auto-renewal was still enabled because I received a notification about my subscription being renewed. I attempted to cancel it but encountered error messages for several days, even on the day it automatically renewed. I am currently unable to disable auto-renewal. Due to this unexpected charge, my debit card was overdrawn. To resolve this issue, I would like a refund as soon as possible. Thank you.

I recently found out that Modern Warfare 3 is now backward compatible. I had the disc on my Xbox [redacted], but unfortunately, it broke. I got a new disc, but that one broke as well. I then purchased the game on my Xbox account "DocileAsh221." According to what I have researched, Modern Warfare 3 should be available under "Ready to Install," but it is not showing up for me. I am not sure why, and the solutions I have found have not been effective. Modern Warfare 3 is my favorite game, but buying it three times already makes me hesitant to purchase it again. I hope you can assist me with this issue. Thank you!

I am experiencing an issue with my Xbox One S controller. I purchased a new Xbox One S less than a year ago, which included the console, a matching controller, games/codes, an Xbox Live trial, power cord, HDMI cord, instructions, warranty policy, and manual. Upon unboxing, I realized the controller was missing a battery back. Despite my efforts, I could not locate it. I proceeded to set up the console, but when I tried to use headphones with a microphone, the controller did not recognize them. I tested the headphones separately to confirm they were working. Substituting with another controller worked fine. I now seek assistance on how to either obtain a refund or a replacement controller.

I tried the Xbox Game Pass free trial and thought I had disabled recurring payments. However, I was still charged for the next month, leading to an overcharge on my account. I believe I turned off the recurring payments, and I am seeking a refund. I rarely have issues and have been a loyal Xbox fan for over a decade, consistently paying for services without problems. This unexpected charge frustrated me as I ensured I wouldn't have enough funds by the payment date. Despite the small amount of $10.80, I have been a loyal customer, and I hope Xbox can offer me some flexibility in this situation. Thank you.

I recently discovered unauthorized Xbox charges on my credit card bill starting from March, all made through my son's account without my approval. These charges have occurred even after my son made legitimate purchases using my card information. The total amount is approximately $3,[redacted]. The only approved purchases were a Jumanji movie, a Fortnite pack for $13.99, and one month of Xbox Live. Since then, my son has only used Xbox gift cards for his purchases. I have already contacted my credit card company who advised me to reach out to you directly for refunds on the unauthorized charges. Please assist me with reversing these charges. Thank you.

Subject: Request for Donation for KidCare Raffle To the Xbox Team, I am writing on behalf of Morgan Turkewitz from KidCare, a [redacted](c)(3) charitable organization. KidCare is preparing for its 10th annual Toy Drive in December, aiming to collect toys for underprivileged children in New York. They are expecting [redacted]+ guests and host a raffle during the event. Last year, they collected over 2,[redacted] toys and $38,[redacted], all given to the children. This year, KidCare is seeking donations to make their milestone event special. I kindly request Xbox’s support by contributing a prize for the raffle. Your help would greatly benefit the cause and make a difference in these children's lives. Past prizes included experiences from companies like Casper, Equinox, and Xbox X. If you have any questions or need more information, please let me know. Thank you for your time and potential support. Sincerely, My Nguyen Marketing Communications Intern Berkeley College

I have been experiencing persistent issues with my Xbox One since I first acquired it. The Blu-ray app has never functioned properly despite numerous attempts to uninstall and reinstall it. I have trouble playing backward compatible games, and it insists on being constantly connected to the internet. Lately, it takes an exasperatingly long 5 minutes to sign into my profile, only to be bombarded with error codes when attempting to play a game like Fallout 4, which is in pristine condition. When launching Fallout 4, a blue screen appears, followed by prompts to connect to Xbox Live unnecessarily. Even though it is regularly updated, my Xbox demands an internet connection, often leading to errors like declaring I do not own the game disc or failing to recognize my DLC, requiring repeated uninstallation and reinstallation. The system even overlooks digital copies purchased from the Xbox store, prompting me to insert nonexistent discs. In an effort to rectify the issue, I deleted my profile as suggested on a forum, but now I am unable to restore it due to Microsoft server issues preventing me from logging into my account or adding a new profile with my existing credentials.

I am having difficulty creating a club or setting up a Realms account on Minecraft Pocket Edition and the Xbox app on my smartphone. I keep receiving a message directing me to adjust my privacy and Online safety settings on xbox.com. Even after making all settings permissive, the message persists, preventing me from creating a Realms account or club. This issue has been ongoing for a few days. It seems others are facing the same problem based on various forums and posts I've come across. I'm uncertain whether this is a system bug or specific to my account. I have successfully created a new account to manage a Realms account and club, but the problem persists with my original account.

I am having trouble accessing my Xbox account due to being locked out of my old Hotmail email with the username [redacted] This email is linked to my Xbox account under the username JonxSly and Serial Number [redacted]48. I need assistance to either switch the email linked to my Xbox account or recover access to the old Hotmail email to manage my monthly payments. Your prompt help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for your assistance.

I am attempting to link my Xbox [redacted] account with my Xbox One, Gamertag: xlsupersnipeslx. Unfortunately, I cannot remember the password for my account and I have exhausted all possible combinations. Also, I am unable to reset the password as I no longer have access to the associated email address. Despite submitting three recovery forms, I have been told I lack sufficient proof for access. Strangely, I am still logged into the account on my Xbox [redacted], though this does not help as I am prompted for the password whenever I try to modify settings to recover it. In my previous interactions, I was advised to access the billing information section which also requires the password. While I may know details like the billing address, the account does not have a linked credit card. I would greatly appreciate any assistance in regaining access to my account, as I have been without it since the release of the Xbox One.

I am attempting to use my Xbox One controller to play games on my Windows 8 laptop that has Windows 10 installed. I purchased the Xbox Wireless Adapter that plugs into a USB port. The initial installation failed due to a driver unavailability error. I tried updating the driver through Device Manager by downloading drivers from the Microsoft catalog to no avail. Device Manager found a potential driver online, but the installation failed. I have searched online and attempted various solutions, including updating my computer, which encounters errors such as 0x800706be. Additionally, the Windows Update troubleshooter reports an error 0x800706BA hindering its operation.

While playing Call of Duty Black Ops 2, I encountered the daily news feed, which typically announces new game features or updates. In this case, instead of prompting me to "Buy Now," it displayed "Install." Without thoroughly reviewing the information, I clicked on install assuming it was a necessary update. Later, I discovered that it was actually a game that got purchased and installed without the usual payment confirmation on Xbox. I am requesting a full refund to be issued back to the original credit card used for this unintended purchase.

While I wasn't using my Xbox account, my younger brother and his friend were logged in, and someone messaged me claiming I was bad at Call of Duty. I replied asking why they were messaging me and requested them to stop. They reported me, and now I have a chat suspension on my account. I'm frustrated because I only responded, yet I received a suspension. Consider the number of games my friends buy and the money we spend on Xbox. Switching to a PS4 seems like a simple solution. I've been a loyal Xbox player since the first console, and this is the first time I've had an issue like this.

While playing "Dead by Daylight" last night, I encountered a situation where a player accused me of camping, which I responded to defensively. Subsequently, they reported me for harassment, leading to my suspension from using Xbox services. Surprisingly, I discovered I was suspended from multiplayer as well, though I was able to play initially. Later, upon trying to rejoin the game, I faced a suspension without a clear explanation. As a paying Microsoft customer, I find this suspension unjust and would appreciate being reinstated.

Recently, my friends were teasing me during the game, and as a result, my account got permanently banned. Despite a prior ban a few months ago due to inappropriate behavior, I had been working on controlling my emotions as outlined in the Code of Conduct. I admit I can get easily frustrated, but I have been trying to be more mindful of my reactions. I acknowledge the consequences of repeated violations mentioned in the Code of Conduct and only request one last opportunity to demonstrate better behavior with a clear understanding that any further infractions will lead to a permanent ban. I value playing with my friends and am willing to take measures like restricting communications to ensure appropriate gameplay. I ask for a chance to show improvement and continue enjoying the game with my friends. Thank you for considering my request.

I have Xbox Live Gold and downloaded the game Slime Rancher for free a while ago, along with SpeedRunners. However, when I tried to reinstall Slime Rancher, it doesn't show up in my games and apps. When I went to the Microsoft Store, it only gives the option to buy or start a free trial. I uninstalled it worried about losing my progress, but the trial saved my data until it expired unexpectedly. I haven't faced this issue with other Gold games. Since the latest update, I want to play again, especially after collecting 39 quantum slimes. I hope to recover all my previous data without losing anything. I received Assault Android Cactus and two other games this month but really want to resume playing Slime Rancher with my progress intact. Thank you for any suggestions to help me get back to playing!

I am looking for advice on whether I should send in my Xbox for repairs or replace the HDMI cables. After a recent thunderstorm in my area, I am experiencing issues where I can turn on my Xbox One X, but my TV displays "no signal." I have tried using different HDMI cables and troubleshooting steps, but nothing seems to work. Despite reading articles and attempting various fixes, I am still unable to resolve the problem. I am hoping to speak with a person rather than an automated system to address this issue promptly. I am hesitant to send in my console for repairs and would appreciate guidance on how to proceed. Thank you.

Hello, I've discovered additional charges on my XBOX account, much to my dismay. Previously, XBOX support had closed the account to prevent this issue. Despite following their advice, approximately €1,[redacted] was unauthorizedly spent on my card between April and June. My bank has declined assistance, which is troubling. I urgently request your company's assistance in resolving this matter. Can you investigate the recent charges and provide an explanation? I am available all day tomorrow (Sunday) for communication. I'm concerned whether someone else is misusing my card. Your help with this situation is greatly appreciated. Thank you, Kenneth M.

One late Saturday night, while trading on Rocket League, a concerning incident occurred. A random individual messaged a threat to disconnect my internet if I did not comply. Initially thinking it was a prank, I ignored it. Subsequently, they shared personal information, which made me uneasy. A dialogue ensued, during which the person demanded my Rocket League items, under the threat of internet disconnection. This encounter left me anxious, leading to unplugging our family's router. I have recorded the conversation by taking screenshots and can provide the gamer tag of the threatening account, as well as the account where the items were demanded. Assistance in addressing this matter would be greatly appreciated.
