I purchased a one month subscription and have been unknowingly paying for it since. The day after I got it my internet went out and unfortunately couldnt use it. I didnt realize that you guys had been taking out ** dollars each month until this month you did it when I didnt have the money now I'm overdafted in my account. I'd say it's been over ** months. And I would like the money this months money put back.
GetHuman-ericka_h did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
