I've reset my password for my account * times in the last ** minutes. I deleted it from my Xbox One to redownload it so I can play backwards compatible Xbox *** games again due to me changing my gamertag. The problem on top of another problem. I am discussed with this, and I've tried account.live.com but it won't allow me to sign in, as well as I have called your support line. I've been an Xbox Community gamer for * years but I'm fed up with this. I'm not at all satisfied.
GetHuman-chrisjsc did not yet indicate what Xbox should do to make this right.
