I used my card details to set up my grandsons xbox and i have been billed for xbox live for a ** mths subscription i did not agree to this and on the day it was taken from my account my grandson was not on his xbox as they were away for the weekend so im wondering how this has occurred inevenably the money was for my husbands cancer medication and now we cant get that due to xbox taking the money could someone pls explain how this occured im not a gamer and i dont understand the way these subscriptions work i would like a refund as it is quite urgent that my husband has his medications
