Just purchased an xbox one. I am using a previous account from xbox *** which should be an adult account. On the xbox one, it is saying that it is a child account. To change that it says to sign into a parent account. There was not a parent account so i made one. Now that the account is made, when i go to add it to the family. It just says try again. And it will not work. All i want to do is change the account so it is no longer a child account
