*My ** year old accidentally deleted his Xbox live profile from his Xbox ***.**First we tried to download the profile. We entered the account name and the p***word, but it wanted to send a verification code to the cellphone listed in the account.**Problem, we just got new cellphones so the cellphone was no longer in service therefore we could not get the verification code** Next I updated.the Microsoft account with the new cellphone number...but guess what...****My ** year old son still can't download his Xbox live profile back onto his Xbox *** BECAUSE IT APPARENTLY TAKES MICROSOFT ** YES THIRTY FREAKING DAYS TO UPDATE THE **** CELLPHONE NUMBER ON THE ACCOUNT!!***Here's the kicker... that was May **th and the whole month waiting period deadline was June **th! Yep that was yesterday and here we are today still can't download the profile, still waiting for the security info that we changed to update!!!*You've had your month to type in a new cellphone number on an account & it's not done. This is absolutely ridiculous! This **** needs to be resolved right now! **** I cancelled the **** gold member****p because he couldn't play the **** Xbox for A MONTH!! JUST FOR UPDATING A CELLPHONE NUMBER! I MEAN WHY IN THE **** WOULD IT TAKE ** DAYS TO CHANGE ** LITTLE DIGITS ON AN ACCOUNT?!?!***Here's the deal...it's been a month and I do not want to rehash this whole scenario for the *th time to whoever. This is Microsoft...read it, understand it, fix it...NOW! My son better be able to download his profile (that he accidentally deleted) back onto his Xbox *** TODAY!!!!! END OF STORY! There is no freaking excuse this. An elementary school dropout can sit down at a computer, pull up an account, and update the cellphone number for that client in less than * minutes. Get with it Microsoft now!
I trust that Xbox will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
