On *March * *****, my son, without my knowledge used my debit card attached to my bank account to purchase a certain game. It was a reward that his mother told him he could purchase for doing well in school. He used my debit card thinking that it was a credit card(it is in fact not) It is a visa debit. When my son put the details into the account information section he had no idea or intent to subscribe to an ongoing subscription to one of your programs and or services. He also ended up chargibg a substantial amount from March *th until March **th. These are all purchases made without my consent and i am requesting a refund for these purchases. It was not until a month or so later that I noticed the money had been being taken from.my account. My son is only nine years old and did not realize this was occurring either. The following transactions were made without my knowledge and I would appreciate if you could please refund me for these transactions. I work very hard to provide for my family, and right now I cannot afford something like this, as it is spring break up and in my line of work, we are usually short enough hours to keep full time employment until the summer. My family just cannot afford this kind of wasteful spending at this time. I have removed my card from the account and serious discussions have taken place with my son so this type of thing will never occur again. Also a solution has been reached where my son (who is a very very loyal customer. Can still purchase Xbox products without ever using my bank card which is buying Xbox cards from the local convienance store. I recently submitted a request but it was denied by the automated system because of the time frame. Although I do want to point out that when I had originally contacted Xbox in this matter my refund had been approved and the Xbox personnel I was speaking with told me they were going to call me back. I apologize for my part in this oversight but do please beg you for a refund of the money. I will be forever endebted to you.
