Help with my Xbox issue
I received an Xbox One S as a Christmas present in ****. I also received an extra controller with that. I plug my headphones I also got this past Christmas into the controller and I cannot hear anything. Then I plug my headphones into my phone and I can hear perfectly fine. I see no reason to have to pay for new controllers when the ones I have are only *-* months old. Let me note that one of those two controllers is an elite controller. I would like this to be resolved by being sent two new controllers. one of them an elite controller
I trust that Xbox will make this right and come up with a resolution that is fair.
