In the past, a charge was made to my account with the intention of it being a one-time charge. I did not authorize a monthly subscription, especially since I was not aware that such a thing was made without my consent or knowledge. I am very upset about this as I am not sure how much money was taken from my bank account or how long this was going on. I would like someone to call me so I can speak to them and resolve this issue.
