My Xbox one keeps cutting off randomly. I can sit at the menu and it will be fine. However, I can’t play a game for more than * minutes. I was looking forward to playing the game after a long hard semester at college but it seems as if it wasn’t meant to be. The version of the Xbox is the ***gb Xbox one and I got it on the day it came out years ago at the night of the release. It isn’t the day one edition but it’s pretty much the exact same model. I waited in line in the freezing cold with my mother and sister swapping places in line taking turns warming up in the car for this piece of machinery that has brought me much joy over the years. I’m sad to see that something which was once great can have such a detrimental defect. It’s very disheartening as the system can’t even do what I was designed to do* play games. I’ve been a loyal customer to Microsoft ever since I began gaming which has been well over ** years now and I’m very disappointed in this apparent flaw. I was saving a small amount of money every month in hopes to upgrade to an Xbox One X because I had heard many great things about the newest innovation on the market. Sadly, I wanted to buy the Xbox One X on my own time as it is not the most cost efficient option on the market for consumers* not because my current system broke and I felt like I was being forced to. I mean, I even buy all of my games digitally from the Xbox store on the console in full support of a service that I once thought was in full support of its community. I’m not the only one to experience this issue as I’ve seen countless others in online forums frustrated over this issue. Many have switched to Sony*PS* through this frustration because as you compare the two systems, both offer a high quality gaming experience. However, Sony is able to do so at a cheaper price. Provided all of this information, I still want to support Microsoft as a brand because it has brought me great memories throughout the years. Xbox is where my friends are and Xbox is where I want to be. I hope that this message of great detail reaches someone, somewhere in the Microsoft Corporation. Not out of spite or rebellion, but in order to help save a community of people who just want to enjoy a great game every now and then.
