I purchased a * month xbox live gold card. I went to try and hook it up, it didn't work saying I have an outstanding pending charge. I go to Microsoft online to services and subscriptions, I pressed "pay now" I tried paying with two different credit cards more than ** times and nothin has worked. it says I am blocked from renewing xbox live gold until I pay for this outstanding subscription but it has not let me pay it once. I am very unimpressed snd demand to talk with someone who will figure this out for me and help me pay for this pending charge.
