I ordered furniture from IKEA and scheduled delivery through XPO. Each time I set the delivery window between 1-5 pm, but the delivery arrived after 6 pm, risking a $[redacted] fine from my building. I rescheduled for a morning delivery from 9-1 pm, only to be given a 2-6 pm window, resulting in a late delivery again. I've given them three weeks to deliver on time, but no luck. Now I may have to pay the fine to receive my package. I'm asking XPO to cover the fine as they have been consistently late. I hope someone at GetHuman can assist me in resolving this frustrating situation. Thank you.

I recently purchased a washer from Sam's Club, and XPO Logistics, Inc. is responsible for the delivery. A representative named Maria C. Herrera has informed me about attempted deliveries, but due to my work schedule, I can only be available after 5 pm. Despite my clear communication, appointments are being scheduled before my availability. When I requested to file a complaint, I didn't receive a response. Another delivery attempt is scheduled for tomorrow between 1 pm and 4 pm. I'm concerned about the possible damage from frequent rescheduling. If the delivery hours are indeed limited to 9 am to 4 pm, what options exist for customers like me with extended work hours? Kindly address this issue and ensure my washer is delivered promptly. Hello, I hope you are well. I currently work at XPO's Woodbridge location, [redacted]. I am earnestly dedicated to my duties at the warehouse, giving a full effort every day. Unfortunately, I have observed some employees who clock in, leave, and then return to clock out at the end of their shifts. I am a manager myself and have always carried out my responsibilities diligently, but I was recently sent home due to lack of work. I would like to bring to your attention the behavior of a supervisor named Josh, who seems to show favoritism based on ethnicity, treating Indian employees poorly while favoring black employees. It is disheartening to witness individuals who do not put in the same effort but are allowed to stay at work. It appears that only cultural preferences are valued over actual work performance in this situation.

I am contacting XPO’s HR department on behalf of my fiancé, C.H., who was terminated on March 22, [redacted]. C.H., an employee of over 4 years, was fired after an incident with his supervisor, Jerry. Despite C.H.'s commitment to the job, including overtime and covering shifts, he was dismissed after seeking to be moved from a negative work environment. I believe Jerry mishandled the situation, as it could have been resolved without involving HR. This email is not to seek C.H.'s reemployment, but to highlight Jerry's biased decision-making. I urge the company to review C.H.'s work performance to see the impact of Jerry's actions. Although C.H. can find work elsewhere, I hope that Jerry receives training on effective employee management.

I am trying to contact someone in XPO's HR department regarding an incident on March 22, [redacted], where my fiancé, C.H., was terminated after requesting to move from a challenging work situation. C.H. has been a dedicated employee for over 4 years, only having a few absences with valid reasons, working overtime, and going beyond company expectations. Unfortunately, his request to his supervisor, J., was not handled correctly, leading to his dismissal. While I understand the importance of business productivity, I believe J.'s decision was unfair and biased. This message is not to seek C.H.'s reinstatement but to highlight concerns about J.'s leadership. I hope this feedback will prompt better employee management practices at XPO.

Complaint Regarding Manager at Macy’s Stone Mountain GA Facility I sought legal advice before sending this email. On behalf of the contractors working at the facility located at [redacted] Sarr Parkway, Stone Mountain, GA [redacted], I am raising a formal complaint against the Manager, "Warren Rouse." Numerous unethical incidents have occurred, and there is a pervasive atmosphere of mistreatment and fear instigated by Warren Rouse towards the contractors. His behavior is intimidating and humiliating, creating a toxic work environment. We implore for a change in leadership, a manager who can inspire and lead us positively. Despite previous complaints, no actions have been taken, leaving us feeling unheard and unsupported. The ongoing threats and disrespect from Warren Rouse must cease. It is essential to replace him with a new manager who respects and values all employees at the warehouse.

I was on parental leave from November 7th to the 20th. I returned to work on the 21st as scheduled. However, my pay was miscalculated, and I was paid for the day I returned to work on Thursday instead of the following Sunday. I work from Sunday to Thursday, and I am missing a day's pay on my recent check. Can someone assist me with resolving this payment discrepancy?

We were informed by phone that our refrigerator would be delivered on 12-13-19 between 4:30 & 8:30 P.M. An update was given to reschedule the delivery to Sunday at 8 A.M. After receiving an automated message on Sunday morning stating a new delivery time between 3:00 & 7:00 P.M., it's now Monday afternoon, 12-16-19, with no delivery and no communication. Seeking clarification on the status of the delivery. Purchased by Sharon Redden on 12/03/19 at Lowes in Hampton, VA. On Monday evening, 12/16/19, we received an automated call requesting a review of our delivery experience, although we did not receive the delivery. Efforts made on 12/16/19 include calling XPO Logistics at [redacted] at 4:27 P.M. and leaving a callback number after a 60+ minute hold. Received a callback from Sandy at XPO Logistics, Suffolk, at 7:00 P.M., who explained the situation. The delivery, as per the driver report, was wrongly marked as delivered on 12/15/19. The new delivery date was set for 12/18/19, with a promised call from the driver 30 minutes prior to arrival. Further update on 12/17/19 confirmed the delivery for Wednesday, 12/18/19, between 3:00 & 7:00 P.M. However, on 12/18/19, there was still no delivery or call received.

A refrigerator purchased from Costco was delivered to our newly constructed home. Unfortunately, during the delivery, the staff damaged my Mahogany front door and the surrounding trim while attempting to push the appliance through, despite being informed it wouldn't fit without removing the door. Assurances were made that the costs for the damaged door would be covered, and we were told someone would contact us. However, we have not received any communication despite reaching out to customer service multiple times. We are seeking compensation for the door and repair costs; we already have a quote prepared by the builder for the necessary repairs.

I was informed that XPO would be delivering, but I couldn't reach them on the phone as it kept hanging up. After contacting Lowe's, I managed to get through to XPO, who informed me of an 8-12 delivery window. They had initially promised a call the night before for my parents, which never happened. I am extremely frustrated by this situation and urgently request a response to this matter. Thank you, Melissa

I had a delivery scheduled for October 16th, but it was rescheduled to October 20th without notice. On the 20th, the truck driver arrived, but another truck was blocking access. He said he would reposition but never returned. The company claimed he waited for 20 minutes, but we were unaware of this. Our driveway has a stone wall, complicating delivery. Today our lawn work allows the truck to access the driveway. To avoid damage, our LG washer/dryer needs to be hand trucked. We urgently need this delivery due to our age-related health issues. Can you expedite the delivery? My husband and I, both seniors, rely on this appliance for our independence. Please provide a new delivery date.

I'm having trouble reaching your phone lines for scheduling my home delivery in East Bay, CA. The calls show up as "unknown" and no one picks up after being on hold for 10-20 minutes. I even missed a call from XPO and requested a call back, but it never happened. I need to arrange delivery on either Friday, December 17th, or Saturday, December 18th due to health concerns in my household. I ordered two dressers from Herman Miller and would like to confirm if they come boxed and if the feet are attached. It's crucial that the delivery team is fully vaccinated and follows safety protocols due to autoimmune diseases in the house. My item was supposed to arrive today in a huge window from 6 am to 7 pm. That's incredibly long! The distance from Tampa to Palmetto is under 50 miles, yet when I checked at 2 pm, it hadn't even left for delivery. Trying to contact you is pointless since no one ever picks up the phone. I'm really disappointed in your service. It took three attempts for you to pick up the item, and now I'm worried it will take as many tries to deliver it. I don't have the time to just wait at home unsure if my package will arrive or not. This experience has left me quite unhappy, and I will definitely avoid using your delivery service again when shopping at Sam's Club. Your scheduling system is truly awful.

I made a dishwasher purchase through Home Depot online, which was delivered correctly on the scheduled day. Unfortunately, the installation service I paid for was not performed as the old dishwasher was not removed. After being contacted by a representative offering to arrange the installation for an additional fee, I agreed. However, I encountered difficulty reaching the installation service provider, XPO logistics, at the provided number [redacted]. Despite multiple attempts over several hours, I was unable to speak to a real person. This has left me with a new dishwasher sitting in my dining room uninstalled, adding to the frustration of already paying $[redacted] for the appliance and an extra $[redacted] for installation. I am uncertain about the next steps to take in this situation.

On February 23rd, a delivery arrived at our warehouse, but our usual warehouse lead was absent that day. One of our maintenance workers took it upon themselves to unload the contents using a pallet jack without verifying them against the receipt. Unfortunately, a pallet of cardboard boxes containing cloth aprons was missing. I was hoping that it had simply been left on the truck and would arrive later. After contacting someone on the 25th, they mentioned a pallet matching the pro # was on the dock and might be delivered by the 1st, but it still hasn't arrived. I am seeking assistance in resolving this issue. One of our long-standing employees could face termination for not following the correct procedures, even though his intentions were to be helpful. Unsatisfied and Extremely Disappointed Hello, my name is Amaya Smith. I placed an order on the Walmart app for delivery to [redacted] S. Elm St. Hopkinsville, KY, [redacted], and I am extremely dissatisfied with the quality of this sectional sofa. It does not match the description, and it is missing a silver bar piece; I expected four but there are only three. Additionally, I was originally told it would be delivered by 12 pm, but then was later informed, in a rude manner, that it would arrive at 3 pm, causing me to miss an important appointment.
