I'm about done with all of this work around ****. I have done the DDU installer and it worked for like * days. Everything is now the same, Games crash, when I record games crash immediately, **** that I can normally use doesn't want to open, I have to rollback to different versions of everything. I don't know what the **** is wrong with your card, but you better fix it. I'm serious. I don't have the time to sit here and try to ghetto rig my computer so I can do everyday **** things. I planned on apparently wasting more money for a better R* card, I'm probably going to go to GeForce because customer service doesn't ******* listen to what I am saying. IT IS NOT A SOFTWARE ISSUE! It has promise because the DDU installer worked for less than a week but because it went back to what it was doing then ITS NOT A SOFTWARE PROBLEM. HELLLOO???? I understand that I am being very vulgar and dis-respectful but how about you step into my shoes. Every time you turn on your computer, it takes forever, open up anything, crash. Wanna play a game? SORRY CRASH! Want to browse the web? NOPE, Guess you have to chance it because it likes to FREEZE. **RMA My card already and stop avoiding it. I want a replacement or a refund. I paid $***.** in cash. You can decide either way works for me, because your APUs are better than GPUs apparently. *You better not reply with a " Oh im so sorry to hear about this, let me ask you a few questions, or oh try this again, or try this " NO. I know you're a person, be real with me. **The back story to this message is simple. I took a week talking to AMD about this card ( XFX RX *** *gb ) , It freezes and crashes all my games I play,. slows down my system, etc. I have done everything you can think of asking me to do, DDU uninstaller, new thermal paste*pads, Updates, Restarts, new cables, EVERYTHING. Don't you dare ask me to do anything else. I can send you my dxdiag and even a crash report on a game if you want me to. Im **% sure that I either want my money back or to RMA and replace the card.
