Service Representative. I currently live at **** N. Kirkwood Dr. Pueblo West, Colorado. I have been at this address for over four years. My prior address was **** S. Lakeview St. Littleton, Colorado. I lived at the Littleton address for ** years. Had your Xfinity (Internet, Phone &TV) for many, many years. The product & service was wonderful! This is a significant statement in looking at all of the providers & issues that can impact the quality of the products delivered to the customer! To date, I cannot get receive or physically connect to any type of Xfinity services at my Pueblo West address. The main Xfinity Sales Office is just a few miles from my house. Plus, Pueblo West & Pueblo Colorado are cities that are no where near the size, or complicated as Littleton Colorado. My questions. Why is my house not connected to Xfinity Services? Without getting too technical, what is truly preventing a cable from my neighborhood location to my home? As noted, previously, I have had your Xfinity Internet Phone & TV more a long time. I can not properly explain the less than quality services I have received, or am receiving from other vendors. From a very frustrated Internet Phone and TV customer, When, Where, & how will your Xfinity Services be connected to my home (**** N. Kirkwood Dr. Pueblo West Colorado?
