(BILLING) Hello, My name Is Shawn Finkelstein... I'm contacting you about my current bill. I pay $** a month for mobile service with my internet service through Xfinity. I checked my statement and it says $*** instead of the $** pay monthly. I talked to Lady who was rude towards the end of the conversation. I asked to speak with a Supervisor and she pretty much told me " THEY WILL JUST TELL YOU THE SAME THING I JUST DID" from my experience in dealing with situations of a Customer asking for a Supervisor... you get one! I tried explaining to her that I don't use my phone data. I keep my phone on my internet WiFi service at all times in my home. So I'm hoping to resolve this issue and not have to take my phone service someplace else. I understand I have very a small amount of data and therefore wouldn't use it knowing I have WiFi in my home. I got the phone service to have a working cell number. I use my phone at home only to make calls through WiFi. I feel as though my intelligence has been insulted by this Employee. I just want to get this figured out and keep my service with you.
