i NEED TO TALK NOW TO A LIVE PERSON BEFORE I CALL TOM, CHIEF OF OPS MYSELF PERSONALLY AND EXPLAIN WHAT A MESS I AM N BECAUSE OF YOUR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.*i AM NOW ON MY SECOND SAMSUNG GALAXY A ** WITH NO ACTIVATION AFTER LEAVING THE STORE * DAYS AGO AND THEN HAVING TO CALL THE ADVANCED TECH TEAM TO GET ME ACTIVATED. THE REP HAD TO GO AND A COLLEAUGE WAS GOING TO CALL ME THIS MORNING TO FINISH THE JOB. WE WERE WAITING FOR IT TO BE ACTIVATED???? STILL? I HAVE MISSED SOME SERIOUS CALLS AND MESSAGES ABOUT HEALTH CONCERNS. I AM A CAREGIVER AND I AM NEED CONSTANTLY OF A CELL. I HAVE HAD NO SERVICE NOW FOR * DAYS EVEN AFTER I GOT THE NEW ONE SINCE THE PREVIOUS NEW ONE WENT BLACK SCREEN ON DAY *.*THERE WILL BE A SERIOUS CHARGE OF DEFAULT AND NEGLECT IF U EVEN CARE. I DO NOT WANT AN EMAIL I WANT THE ADVANCED TECH THAT WAS WORING ON MY PHONE. IF I DO NOT HEAR TONIGHT I WILL BE CHARGING XFINITY CELLULAR AND CANCELLING ALL SERVICES I ALL MY FAMILY, I WANT WHAT I SPENT SO FAR FOR THIS AND THE * OTHER PHONES REFUNDED IF I DO NOT HEAR BACK BEFORE *PM.
