When I call Xfinity to talk to a live person and asked me for my address and I hit one and then once it verifies who I am it won't let me talk to a human. it directs me to pay my past due account and then hangs up on me and won't let me talk to human

GetHuman-lisahayn did not yet indicate what XFINITY Mobile should do to make this right.
