Help with my XFINITY Mobile issue

I told the technician I am a Comcast customer. I gave her my account *. Comcast provides TV, phone, Internet. TV and phone have intermittent signals. TV screen goes black* audio stops. Then both return. Phone doesn't "send"* only receives intermittently. HELP!

This morning I checked the TV - fine reception* checked the Internet - as you can see - and it seems to be fine, and now I'll check the phone....and the person I called can hear me. So Thank You Very Much!
