on ******* I pd a !**.** (with my debit card)on ******* comcast sent my payment back and retried payment, this was done like * times after that, throwing my account into overdraft charging me $**.** each time. I have since been to a service store to show the agent my account(no solution) ive emailed on several occasions and faxed copies of my bank statement which no one can seem to find or care enough to investigate. I got this account Feb. **,** at a Walmart's from salesmen in the isle selling you all's services.at that time I sign up for a *yr contract at $**.** a month with a one time payment of $***.** In may I receive a bill for $***plus dollars which cant be possiable,i was told that this was being resolved and would show on my bank statement back in May I've yet to see it. And I now have a $*** plus bill. They don't mind sending me this outrageous bill but refuse to solve the issue, I fell like comcast is in breach of there contract and there is no way I can have a $***.** bill. We agreed I wasn't making any payments until this is resolved and I stand atrong on that. I have (*) different ticket numbers ,I've tried to give representative but the don't want it for some reason********** and case number ESL******** ***-***-****this has been going on almost as ling as I have had this service,ive been told my service will be interrupted on ******* if this bill isn't paid ,I feel ive been treated wrong and unfair I did nothing but pay my bill apparently someone thought I had automatic payment which I did not and never have but this messed me up in my bank account and caused me a lot of grieve, worry, mental stress not to mention financial issues Its time someone step up and figure this out I certainly appreciate it thank you kindly Bobbie Smith account ***** ** *** *******
