I was in to the xfinity store in loveland Colorado on Saturday, December *st at *:**pm to *:** pm.**In that time I did an upgrade on the phone number ***-***-**** from the iphone ** to the iphone xs, which is my daughter brianna's phone and paid*$***.**.**she did not like the phone so we took it back into the store and switched it back to her old phone which is the iphone **.**The person helping me was Roberto Jimenez (***)***-****.***He said that I will be getting my phone credited back to my chase card*bank for a refund and I still have not received it.**I would like to know when i am going to get my refund.*She never even used the phone and we had it for ** hours.*I definitely want my money back
