I was promised a ***.** reward card when I signed up. The agents can never help me and keep me on hold. I'm a nurse and work ** hour shift. Its FRUSTRATING trying to call and get what's owed me. I was given a ticket number to escalate my claim, still today I was on phone for a hour. I'm gonna pay off phone and switch my service. Also I'm CONTACTING bbb. I'm a senior and feel I've been ripped off. Ticket number is *********
