I have an outstanding issue (** days) where I am trying to upgrade my phone. When I first went in, to the store, they told me I had to get a replacement phone through Assurant (their insurance provider) with whom i had coverage. I did that, and went back for the upgrade. When i went back to the store, they could not process the upgrade because the imei number was not sent from Assurant to Xfinity, I got both companies on the phone and sorted out the imei number. I was told that the issue was resolved, and that i could go back into the store for the upgrade. After * subsequent visits I still have not been able to upgrade my phone. As of today calling xfinity mobile, they can not give me any update as to when the case will be resolved.
GetHuman1647097 did not yet indicate what XFINITY Mobile should do to make this right.
