View, Download, Pay bill, address invalid card * email, etc...….. ... I'm able to login, but Xfinity mobile will not let me access my account. I called and chatted with no help. I deleted and reinstalled the app and restarted my phone multiple times. I tried desktop on the PC as well.
REPRESENTATIVES WERE USELESS AND DID NOT CARE TO HELP. I'm literally trying to pay my bill.....
I WANT XFINITY TO ALLOW ME ACCESS TO MY ACCOUNT AGAIN SO I CAN ACCESS IT AND REFUND ME FOR LATE FEES since Ive called and chatted more than once with no resolution!
I would pay on time if youd allow me access to my own account.
Restarted my phone mulitiple times, deleted and redownloaded app multiple times, tried mobile app, mobile website, and desktop website on PC multiple times over multiple days.
I have an issue with XFINITY Mobile too
