Hello,*Client Number: XEMT***********Yesterday, Friday **, **** I tried to transfer the amount of $** to Spain.*After the website requested the information of the debit card, appeared a message in which said that the transaction could not be done because I had to contact Chase Bank. The issue is that the amount was withdraw from my bank, but the transaction is not reflected in my account of xe.com*Enclosed, I send the image of the information of my account. *Please, make the refund of the $** in my bank account.*Best regards,*Jorge Rey
