Very disappointed in your reservation system. I booked a King room when I arrived I was given a double. My reservation (conf.*****EC******) shows King room. Hotel reservation system shows double. They say this happens often and that there is some glitch in your reservation system that has never been fixed despite multiple complaints.**I spent ** minutes on hold with your rewards hot line and never was connected to a supervisor. **If I had known we were getting a double room I would have stayed elsewhere. Using points is nice but having the room I want is better. Hopefully my reservation I have for Los Angeles next month isn't screwed up too.**Actual arrival date is September **nd. I had to put the **st in because your webform thinks September **nd and **rd are the same day and wouldn't accept it.**Sorry gave up on webform and had to freeform it.**Jeff
