I've been a Word Perfect user since the mid-eighties (Parks Canada mandated) and subsequently, when I purchased my first PC, I bought WP. I've continued to do so since and currently use WP Office X*, Home & Student. *Recently, I had my Toshiba Laptop with Windows ** wiped "clean" and attempted to install the WP program (serial *: WP**R*X-*CJEPWR-R**P*DP-****H*Q), first by me, a number of times and then by my computer tech, with nil results. *The problem, as suggested during the install process was that WP was being blocked by a fire wall. WE disabled the firewall which was futile.*Fast forward to late last night and viewing on of the pages on your website, I learn that you have no record of me or my purchases. Let me suggest that's a slap in the face. **I have the sales slip for WP* , (purchased at Staples on **-**-**), but only the packaging for WP *. In the early years I endured the frustration of WP to handle reports with a lot of text and images (stalling, white bordering report images.ect.) SO, I need to know why I have no account, which prevents me from loading WP* and also trying to do a trial down load of WPX*.*Incidentally, I've moved in the past year and accordingly my email address is now*dukeofearlPZ@gmail.com. The previous email address from the early **s and used for my non-existent WP account was *****@***.com
