I have been unable to reach Woot and my credit card is on hold for fraud, making it challenging to resolve this issue. Hello, I have made multiple purchases from your store. Recently, I bought three Fast Chargers for my Samsung Galaxy 8 Plus. Unfortunately, one charger is not working at all, while the third one is pausing repeatedly during charging. It starts and stops intermittently. Order Confirmation #[redacted]1 for the Apple MacBook Air 13.3" with Dual-Core Intel i5 purchased on 9/04/18. Since receiving this laptop, I have encountered numerous defects that are impacting my work as a professional writer. The issues include difficulty highlighting text, random screen blackouts, and uncontrollable on-screen movements. These malfunctions are severely affecting my ability to meet deadlines for multiple writing projects. I urgently require a resolution to this matter, either through a replacement device in pristine condition or a full refund.

I have encountered two issues: 1) My password doesn't work, so I am unable to update my email to [redacted] Kindly use this new email to reach out to me in the future. 2) Upon accessing my account through Amazon, I reviewed my last purchase, dated Jan 12, [redacted], with Order Number [redacted]3. Surprisingly, on Nov 20, [redacted], several denied purchase attempts were recorded, which I didn't authorize. This concerns me about the security of your website, as I'm considering making a purchase. Has my account been compromised? Although this incident occurred some time ago, I seldom purchase electronics, leading to this delayed discovery.

I recently bought a phone from Amazon and everything was working fine until today when I couldn't make any calls. I contacted Google Fi Support for assistance with possible warranty issues. They advised having you remove the phone from the blacklist to lift the restrictions. I hope you can address this promptly as this issue is very inconvenient.

I am reaching out again because the bulbs I received are not the pink daffodils I ordered. They are not attractive, not pink, and not what I expected. I can't believe the mix-up. I placed an order for a BioBidet USPA [redacted] Luxury Bidet Seat in ROUND style on March. The Woot Order number is #[redacted]1. Unfortunately, the one I received is ELONGATED and doesn't fit. I contacted Woot on April 24, [redacted], and received a message requesting the order number, which I provided in my initial email. Despite my prompt response, there hasn't been any follow-up for over 10 days. I am still waiting for them to send me the correct ROUND bidet seat that I originally ordered. I appreciate any assistance in resolving this issue promptly.

As an Amazon Prime user, I recently discovered Woot as a Prime benefit. I followed the instructions to sign in using my Amazon Prime ID, but after multiple attempts, I kept getting an error message stating that my Amazon Prime ID ([redacted]) was not recognized. I tried to contact customer support but only found myself back at the sign-in screen. It seems impossible to get assistance when the issue is logging in. I reached out to Amazon for help, and they provided me with this link to contact you while they investigate. I’m hopeful that you can assist me with this login issue.

I recently purchased a Lenovo n21 Chromebook (computer order number [redacted]1 on August 24th, [redacted] under Fabienne Brandt) and have encountered an issue. Today, when I attempted to charge the laptop using different sockets, I noticed an orange LED light flashing at the charging port, and the computer would not start up. Lenovo customer support suggested providing the serial number to diagnose whether the issue lies with the display or the processor. Unfortunately, I could not locate the serial number on the back of the device as advised. I also checked my purchase confirmation on the woot app but could not find the serial number there either. Fortunately, I have a 90-day warranty through the app. Any assistance in troubleshooting this problem would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I received an email last night about a deal for a WorkPro car polisher for $39.99. When I tried to order it this morning, it was sold out. Amazon couldn't assist me. I noticed the same product online for $69.99. I was hoping to still get the deal that expired quickly. I would appreciate any help in purchasing one for the initial price offered less than a day ago. I recently received a notification from Amazon stating that the product I purchased is defective and that I can only receive a refurbished replacement. I am disappointed as I expected to receive a new item that works perfectly. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a phone number to call for assistance, and now I will have to wait even longer for a resolution. This situation is unfair, and I feel let down by the experience. I hope the company can rectify this issue promptly so that I can receive the new item I paid for.

I discovered a charge of $1,[redacted].49 on my credit card made by Woot Inc. on 10/23. I contacted my Costco credit card, and they referred me to your number, [redacted], to resolve the issue. However, I have been unable to reach anyone after multiple attempts. The reference number for the disputed transaction is Y5JCMGX2. I bought a LEGO Rough Terrain Crane from IWOOT during a sale. I didn't receive an order confirmation via email. When I called Amazon customer service to inquire, they couldn't find an order from IWOOT. Consequently, I proceeded to purchase the same item from Amazon instead. Subsequently, I received the product from IWOOT and was charged on my American Express card. As I only need one, I wish to return the extra item to IWOOT. Could you please provide a shipping label for the return? Thank you.

I previously contacted you regarding a faulty battery USB terminal where the piece fell out. It's impossible to insert the cable as the USB port keeps falling out. The second USB port is not detecting battery power usage. It is a TECH. 2. JUICE PORTABLE CHARGER. The one-year limited warranty mentioned on the side of the product states that I still have 9 months left, but after only 3 months, the securing piece for the USB cable fell off. I reached out to your company via email, providing the tracking and order numbers, but they claimed they couldn't assist. I would appreciate if you could address and resolve this issue promptly. In July [redacted], I purchased 2 Ring Doorbell Pros without realizing I needed an existing doorbell to connect them to. My contractor, who just finished rebuilding my house after a fire in [redacted], attempted to install the doorbells but faced challenges due to fire blocks in the walls preventing wire feeding to the transformer. Although the products were not installed and only one was opened to assess the situation, I unfortunately need to return them due to the significant cost, which is a considerable expense for a single mom on Disability.

I bought a Dyson V7 Motorhead HEPA on March 14th from Amazon.com. My order number is [redacted]-[redacted], and the serial number is TZ1-US-JJE5212B. Unfortunately, the vacuum does not hold a charge for long, less than a minute even on max suction. The regular suction is weak too, not picking up as expected. I recently received the sterile eye drops I ordered, but unfortunately, the package arrived already open and empty. This has been an issue with other orders as well. I would like to return these items for a refund rather than just receiving a credit. It seems there may be a problem with the supplier of these eye drops, and I believe it's important for the company to address this issue. Please contact me at [redacted]. My name is Kyle Schabot. I am seriously considering reporting this situation to the USFDA due to repeated incidents of receiving expired or damaged eye drops. This level of quality is not acceptable.

I received an email titled "Welcome to Woot" on Thursday around 1:44 p.m. Shortly after, I got two more emails from Woot about orders #[redacted]2 and #[redacted]8 at 1:47 p.m. and 1:48 p.m. respectively. Despite not being a Woot member, there were unauthorized orders under the name "Alberth Smith" for a JBL Bluetooth speaker and a Toshiba television. The total amounts were $[redacted].39 and $[redacted].18. These orders were sent to a Miami, FL address which is not mine. I want to ensure these unauthorized charges are addressed and prevent any further misuse of my email. Thank you.

Hello, I'm Haydee T. I need help linking my Amazon Prime account ([redacted]) with my Woot account to make a purchase on Woot through Amazon fulfillment. It has been a while since I used Woot and cannot remember my Woot password.
