Trying to cook the dinner ... Up until a few months ago I was a regular purchaser of “ Simply Stir Fry”*Bulgogi Beef *** gm packs, and always had at least * pack in the freezer at home . I was quite upset when the butcher in your Werribee Central Store advised that this item had been deleted from your available products. *When I noticed that there were * packages of this product on the shelf yesterday a smile came on my face thinking that * of my favourite quick meals was back in stock so l purchased * packs. *However when I opened * pack l found the meat to be stringy, with large pieces of tendon and pieces that were not even marinated, l had to separate and cut out the inedible pieces. ( I have taken a photo of the pack and meat) *Needless to say I’m most disappointed that the meat was completely substandard in comparison to when I bought this product in the past and I had to pay an extra $*.** per each pack for the privilege. At $**.** per kilo you would expect a bit more care being taken in selecting the meat to be marinated.
This product was totally substandard in comparison to the original meat supplied before it was reinstated
As a minimum ensure the quality of meat is inspected prior to marinating and packaging. And replace the pack that l bought

Initially I sent a message to Gethuman and then follow the prompts to call the **** number. After discussing my problem they asked if l still had my receipt which answered “yes” . They then advised that all l had to do was go the the store where I purchased the meat and explain the problem. I did that on the way home from work and the assistant immediately offered either an exchange or refund. I was most impressed with her helpfulness and response. Thank you for a quick resolution to this problem
