Bad customer service from your deli staff at Coburg station Woolworths! *I asked for triple smoked ham & as there was none of it already sliced, I asked to have ** slices thickly sliced! Staff member named Helen did this for me! As I walked away I heard her having a ***** in Greek to fellow staff member about customers doing her head in slice it like this etc! Being Greek myself I understood the conversation! I was then referred to speak to store Manager Dave or David, he's approach to the situation was unsatisfactory! I think I bothered him from a smoke break as he stunk of cigarettes when he approached me! He didn't apologize at all for bad customer service, just told me he would speak to her when deli Manager is in! I said I know all about difficult customers as I too am a manager in retail! I don't think i was difficult at any stage, but felt disappointed at overhearing that **** when clearly you have signage on the deli counter stating "we are happy to slice meats fresh, however you like them"! Clearly if this is not the case I suggest you remove the signage as this is clearly misleading!**On completion of my shopping, I went to the bottle shop to buy some wine & could hear really loud laughing coming from the deli area*back of house! Im like no they can't be taking the **** out of me now? Surely enough Dave was called over loud speaker for another issue & I then see him coming out of door where laughter was coming from! **As a valued customer of yours over the past ** years, I want to know what action will be taken & want feedback on this matter!
