I recently downloaded Dr. Fone, a root tool for Android, onto my laptop. I am attempting to fix my Xiaomi Redmi Note 3, which is completely locked and inaccessible. However, Dr. Fone is requesting me to enable USB debugging in the phone's settings, which I cannot access due to the phone being locked. Despite trying various tools to unlock or reset the phone, nothing has been successful. I purchased the phone from an individual on Kijiji, and shortly after, it became locked, displaying a black screen with a lock icon and illegible Chinese text. The phone is currently in Chinese language, further complicating the situation. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

I recently purchased a secondhand phone on Kijiji and unfortunately, it got locked the very next day. The screen shows a lock symbol with some unreadable text. The entire interface is in Chinese, so I am unable to comprehend any messages that appear. Despite trying various online programs to unlock or reset the phone, I am unable to proceed because it requires USB debugging to be enabled in the settings, which I can't access due to the language barrier and the phone being locked. I have reached out to multiple help desks but haven't received any useful responses, which is really frustrating. I urgently need a solution to this issue. I recently purchased another year of the Wondershare Filmora Delux Converter and have a registration code. However, when I try to register the software using the code, it says it doesn't match. I am also noticing a watermark on my videos and missing some fancy effects. This issue occurred last year as well, and I can't remember how to fix it. I never received a registration code via email, which might be due to my busy inbox. The code I have is a long one starting with "Q." Here it is: Q[redacted][redacted]6. I downloaded the full version of Filmora and later purchased an effects pack, but encountered an issue when I couldn't find the download in the expected location within the software. Despite following the instructions provided, I was unable to locate the effects pack and was prompted to sign in to a possible second account I don't have any knowledge of. The lack of clear customer support has left me frustrated and unable to access my purchase. I recently purchased Recoverit Pro and have all the necessary codes. After downloading and installing it, a pop-up warning indicates that another version is running on my system, preventing me from registering and activating the new version. Despite uninstalling the free version I had before purchasing, it still shows up when searching for "Recoverit" in Cortana. I cannot access it in the user folder to delete it. I am visually impaired and struggling to resolve this issue using my adaptive technology. I would greatly appreciate speaking with someone for guidance as the help pages are not accessible to me due to their visual nature. Your help in resolving this matter would be invaluable to me.

I recently downloaded Wondershare PDFelement 6 Professional with a Single-User License. After receiving the email confirmation with the registration code, I attempted to register using the provided email address and code. However, an error message stating "Your email and registration do not match" appeared. I am certain I copied the registration code directly from the email. I have some inquiries regarding Wondershare Slideshow Builder. I found their website as the contact point. How can I ensure my questions reach Wondershare for assistance? Here are my questions: 1. I purchased Wondershare's DVD Slideshow Builder on 7/18/19. However, the transaction has not reflected on my VISA card as of 7/19/19, 2:49 pm. When can I expect it to show up on my statement so I can Register and receive my Registration Code via email? 2. I can access completed segments, but where is the PLAY button located? 3. Is there a way to reverse the order of two consecutive slides? 4. How do I adjust the timing for dissolves? I need them to be quicker in my second musical segment. I have yet to receive a response from your company regarding my email. I am in need of assistance to recover my lost data. I fear that my previous email from July 26th may not have reached you, so I am resending it for your immediate attention. This matter is urgent. I am interested in purchasing Wondershare Recoverit to recover data from corrupted hard drives. I am new to this process and require guidance. Recently, three out of eleven partitions on my disks have become corrupted and are inaccessible. I have attached screenshots for your reference. I am unsure how to proceed as these disks appear empty although they were full of data until yesterday. I seek your advice on this issue and would like to know if your software can recover all lost data intact while also converting RAW drives to NTFS. I am experiencing difficulty putting this software into record mode. The error message screenshot I provided should clarify the issue. The program is unable to access the system microphone through either the built-in sound card or the Soundblaster Audigy FX, which is set as the default sound device in my system settings. I installed it in compatibility mode for Windows 7, but it seems that the software may not be compatible with Windows 10 Pro. I never encountered this error on Windows 7. After transitioning to Windows 10 Pro through a clean installation, my only struggle arises from the software's inability to access the microphone on my External Soundblaster Audigy FX soundcard. I have updated the soundcard drivers, and they work flawlessly, unlike your software. I have enclosed a .zip file with two folders containing screenshots of my sound and microphone settings before and after reinstalling your software. Prior to installing Wondershare Audio Recorder, there were no device manager issues whatsoever.

I recently updated to the latest version of WonderShare, version 9.8, but I encountered compatibility issues as it requires OS devices with version 10.15, which I don't have access to on my Mac. I'm attempting to transfer my iTunes library to my iPod. Last year, a similar issue occurred with my device recognition after updating WonderShare. The problem was resolved when the support team advised me to uninstall and reinstall the software. They provided a link and registration code, and it worked perfectly after the reinstall. I would appreciate it if someone could provide me with a link to the previous version, 9.7, for reinstalling on my Mac to avoid any further compatibility issues. I have a lifetime subscription to WonderShare.

My daughter previously purchased Filmora9 lifetime but forgot her password. We decided to buy a new one for $67 rather than resetting the password via email. We didn't receive any reset email despite multiple attempts. The new purchase has the number AG[redacted]4. I'm looking for a refund since we believe it's unfair to pay twice for a lifetime product. While it was our mistake to forget the password, the lack of an accessible way to contact support is also an issue. I am frustrated with my recent purchase from Wondershare. I bought 123DVD Gold last week, but when I tried to activate it using the license number provided, the system kept rejecting it, even though I was copying it correctly. I missed their email response, and now I can't find my order details as I often clear out my emails. However, I have a screenshot showing the incorrect activation window alongside the email with the correct number. After struggling with this issue, I ended up deleting the software from my computer. Given this experience and reading similar reviews, I feel scammed out of $49.99. I see now that Wondershare may not offer a refund or a resolution to my license problem. I caution others against purchasing anything from them.

Hello, I am using the free version of Filmora for my second video and I'm having trouble exporting it. I've tried different email addresses, passwords, through Facebook, etc. I've also requested a new security code, but nothing seems to work! Filmora remains disabled even when I try to activate it in the Help window: activate Filmora. I keep receiving this message: Activation code or licensed email not valid! The activation code and licensed email are both case sensitive. Please check your activation information or make sure your activation code matches the current version. Can you please help me? I've been trying for over 4 days, and this video is for my son's 9th birthday during the confinement period – a video for the whole family. Thank you very much for your help.

I have contacted Wondershare multiple times seeking a refund for faulty software. Despite providing the email containing the order number, they claim they cannot locate it. Here is a copy of the email for reference. I hope Wondershare will address my issue promptly as their lack of response has been disappointing.

I recently purchased Dr. Phone photo recovery, but I am experiencing issues with its functionality. The lack of clear directions has made it difficult for me to use the program effectively. After a lengthy registration process, I am unsure if I have the correct software. I attempted to recover deleted messages with attachments, but I encountered problems saving them. Additionally, although I registered my iPhone 11, I faced obstacles transferring pictures back to the device or saving them on my laptop. Hello from Greece, I hope you are well. I need help with a virus issue. On May 5th, [redacted], I was infected with the .rejg virus of djvu through an online key. All my files such as PDFs, XLSXs, JPEGs, MP4s, and AVIs got encrypted, even on my OneDrive. I had to disconnect my other drives and reformat my C drive, so my PC is working fine now. I'm searching for a reliable software to recover my files to their previous readable state. Can your software help me with this? Will the Office documents be restored to their original condition? Despite filling out the purchase order entirely, when I reach the final step and click on PURCHASE, nothing happens.
