My name is Lisa Flores and I've been a customer for the last * years. On May *, ****, I was e-mailed a coupon code to get half off my highest priced item if I placed an order. I did so, and order Item *****-*****-****, which is a Printed Peasant Blouse and for my coupon I ordered Item *****-*****-****,which is a Gauze Cotton Bigshirt. My order * was ***********. About a week later, I discovered through PayPal that Woman Within had reimbursed that account for like $**.**. It said that the Gauze Cotton Bigshirt from Woman Within was not available. So I checked my order and sure enough, the other shirt was supposedly sent (still haven't seen it) and Item *****-*****-**** was "not sent". Again, still haven't received the other blouse (Item * ****-*****-****) but today I got a brand new catalog from Woman Within and right there on page * is the Gauze Cotton Bigshirt that you didn't send me. I personally think you did not wish to honor the code that YOU sent me and just cancelled the entire order and I have been ripped off. Niiiice-what a way to do business!!!
GetHuman-mesamama did not yet indicate what Woman Within should do to make this right.
