Hello everyone! My family and I took a flight with WizzAir from Budapest to Porto recently. Unfortunately, we seem to have misplaced our boarding passes and are now in need of them to prove our legal entry. I attempted to retrieve them using the mobile app, but I was unsuccessful. I believe mobile boarding passes were not an option for this particular flight, so we obtained printed passes from the registration desk at the departure airport. Our booking confirmation code for the flight is V9E42Y, and the flight number we took was W62395. We are looking to obtain copies of the boarding passes or an official confirmation from WizzAir confirming our presence on that flight. Thank you for any assistance you can provide!

Hello, I took a flight with Wizzair in which I had to pay a supplement for each passenger's carry-on baggage. Recognizing that this practice violates the law, I wish to file a complaint to receive a refund for the charge on the following flight: - September 15th: flight W6 [redacted]. With passengers: - A.F. Llobell - S.G. Orteu It violates Article 97 of the Air Navigation Act and Article 82 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/[redacted], where the Air Navigation Act states that "the carrier is obliged to carry, free of charge and in the cabin, the objects and packages that the traveler carries with them." In addition, the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) states in case C-[redacted]/12 that "baggage should be considered, in principle, an essential element of passenger transport and, therefore, its transport cannot be subject to a surcharge…" This illegality is supported by judgments such as: - Judgment of the Commercial Court of Madrid No. 13 dated October 24, [redacted] (No. [redacted]/[redacted]). - CJEU judgment of September 18, [redacted], case C-[redacted]/12. - Judgment of the Commercial Court No. 3 of Alicante (No. 3/[redacted]) January 31, [redacted]. Consumer rights are not being upheld because there is no option to travel with carry-on baggage without paying a surcharge. The consumer, if they want this basic right fulfilled, is forced to purchase the "priority boarding + bag and carry-on baggage in the cabin" service. Therefore, I demand a full refund of the three flights for this surcharge that violates the traveler's rights, totaling €77. - Flight W6 [redacted] 2 priority boardings + bag and carry-on baggage in the cabin (per person) €60.00 (€25.00 + airport fee €5.00, each passenger) Solution expected for the problem: Refund: €60.00 Regards,

I submitted a claim on the Wizz Air website on September 6, [redacted]. When I checked on November 10, [redacted], it showed as active and apologized for the delay in responding within 30 days. Today, I saw that the status of the claim was marked as resolved on September 2, [redacted], which was four days before I even submitted it. My initial complaint was sent to the Civil Aviation Authority in Poland, and they found that Wizz Air violated regulations WE [redacted]/[redacted] and must pay compensation of [redacted]€ per passenger. I have all the necessary documentation. Despite contacting customer service, filling out forms on the website, I have not received a response or any compensation. Before I consider seeking legal advice, I would appreciate an explanation regarding the status of my claim.

I have been attempting to make a booking for a week now, but each time the website was buggy and wouldn't let me log in when booking. Today, after multiple tries, I accidentally selected the wrong month (February instead of January) due to the previous technical issues. Surprisingly, the website worked fine this time and I noticed the error just after making the payment. Now, they are asking for over $[redacted] to make the correction. It was an honest mistake, and I believe Wizz Air should have a more lenient policy for changes within the first couple of hours, especially considering the website glitches I experienced over the past week.

I booked W9 [redacted] for December 11th from Luton to Tirana at 21:55. The flight was canceled after a 4-hour delay due to luggage not being loaded, although weather was cited as the reason. There were issues with ground staff at Luton. After being stuck onboard and not allowed to disembark, chaos ensued with a lack of assistance or information about rescheduling. Despite efforts, I faced delays, missed connections, and uncertainty about accommodations. The unprofessional handling of the situation left me sleepless and frustrated. I seek rescheduling, a refund for my Tirana hotel, compensation for the two additional hotel nights in Tirana due to flight changes, and a detailed response offering solutions and compensation. The lack of support and misinformation have been distressing, and I plan to escalate this matter further for resolution and to shed light on the poor handling of the situation by Wizzair.

I want to report a flight delay from Podgorica to Milan on September 10, [redacted], which was originally scheduled for 5:35 PM but got delayed by 4 hours. Consequently, I missed my connecting flight from Milan to London at 10:00 PM, resulting in having to spend an additional [redacted] pounds to rebook another flight and a sleepless night at the airport. I kindly ask for compensation for the inconvenience and financial loss incurred due to the delay. I was notified by Wizzair that my flight was cancelled due to unknown reasons. Despite my attempts to find information on their website, I am unable to proceed without the confirmation code. This code is essential for me to raise a complaint with Wizzair regarding the lack of explanation for the cancellation. I am seeking compensation for the inconvenience caused, as I had to incur additional expenses to travel to Liverpool by alternative means. Additionally, I had to discard items purchased at the duty-free shop as I couldn't carry them to another airport. The unexpected change in travel plans also led to me missing work as I had to travel from Manchester to Liverpool after the cancellation. The affected flight was W61311 from Warsaw Chopin Airport to Liverpool scheduled for 14.12.[redacted] at 6:00.

Wizz Air canceled our flight at 6:24 PM on the day of departure, December 12th, [redacted], citing bad weather. They were the only airline not flying out of Luton, while EasyJet operated as scheduled. Wizz Air offered compensation of [redacted]% of our flight cost, but it was issued as Wizz Air credit, which is not what I prefer. I want the refund back to my account to cover the expenses of rebooking another flight. Attempts to reach them were unsuccessful, as I only encountered a virtual assistant.

Purtroppo non riesco a trovare la mail di conferma e a effettuare il check-in. Qual è la procedura corretta da seguire? I made a booking through Booking.com, but unfortunately, I selected the wrong dates. Upon contacting Booking.com, I was informed they could not make any changes or provide a refund or reschedule for my flight. When I reached out to Wizz Air, they suggested contacting the travel agents. Interestingly, when I checked the Wizz Air website, I noticed my flight was still listed there. I am hoping Wizz Air will consider refunding me so I can make the correct booking arrangements.

Today, the 16th of December [redacted], at 2:35 PM, I was scheduled for a flight from Eindhoven Airport, Netherlands to Iasi Airport, Romania with 3 friends on Wizz Air. Upon receiving a morning notification of a flight delay later cancelled between 11am-12pm, we awaited gate information. However, after an hour of waiting, the flight was unexpectedly cancelled. Needing to return home promptly and lacking suitable alternative flights from Wizz Air, we booked through another airline. I had a reservation from Berlin to Budapest for 12/17/[redacted] with reservation number [redacted]. The original takeoff time was 14:25, but it was changed to 15:22. I boarded the plane and received an email about the new flight time while already on board. Due to the delay, my connecting flight from Budapest to Amman with Wizz Air, reservation number [redacted], had already departed by the time I landed in Budapest at 16:15. This has caused me to miss my onward flights. I am requesting compensation for the delay in Berlin and a refund for the Budapest to Amman ticket. Please respond promptly.

I had a reservation from Berlin to Budapest on 12/17/[redacted], with booking number UDUY4P. The departure time was scheduled for 14:25. I was informed that the flight time changed to 15:22. While on board the plane, I received an email notifying me of the flight time change again to 16:15. Upon arrival in Budapest, I missed my connecting flight to Amman with Wizz Air, booking number YJ25PD, as well as another ticket. Due to this delay, I am now requesting compensation for the delay in Berlin and a refund for the Budapest-Amman ticket. Please respond as soon as possible, I am currently in Budapest.

We had a flight and hotel booking with Expedia. Our outbound flight, number [redacted] scheduled for 06:05 on the 18th of December was canceled, and we were informed via text message only 6 hours before departure. Unfortunately, I didn't see the message until around 2:00 am. Despite attempts to contact Wizz Air, we couldn't reach them. Expedia intervened, managed to speak with Wizz Air, and informed us that a full refund for the flights and a partial refund for the hotel could be obtained. No suitable alternative flights were offered. Due to this unforeseen cancellation, we not only missed our holiday but also lost around £40 for the hotel 'no show' deposit and wasted £57 on travel insurance. It would be fair for these amounts to be refunded as the situation was beyond our control. The lack of proper communication channels for customers to respond to these sudden changes adds to the frustration. We have all the necessary details and documentation regarding the itinerary and incurred costs.

Good afternoon, I'm Tigran Hakobyan, and I encountered a flight issue on 18.12 from EVN to VIE and back on 22.12, after being in Warsaw. Unexpectedly, my flight diverted to Erzurum due to fog, causing me to miss my Wizz Air flight. I aimed to depart for Vienna the next day. The weather disruptions in Armenia resulted in flight cancellations, but my Wizz Air flight, delayed by 30 minutes, proceeded. Unfortunately, I arrived after my flight had departed. Subject: Claim for Damaged Luggage on Wizzair Flight W95116 I am writing to report the damage to my luggage during my recent flight with Wizzair from Kaunas Airport to London Luton Airport on 28th September [redacted]. My checked-in DKNY suitcase, less than a year old, arrived at Luton Airport in an extremely damaged condition. The suitcase was torn, broken, and covered in machine oil with missing locks. As per the Montreal Convention, I am seeking £[redacted] in compensation for the damages incurred. I have attached photographic evidence of the damaged suitcase, along with a picture of its condition prior to the incident. The damaged luggage was retrieved from belt 4 at the arrivals hall.
