Hi, I have a *** Euro WizzFlex credit for a cancelled flight. The expiry date of this credit was April *th, ****. Because of the COVID-** situation all flights from Israel were cancelled at that time and as for today also. Naturally, I could not use this credit for booking. I tried many times to reach their Call Center (by two phone numbers available for Israel) but they didn't work. How can I reach them to move the expiry date of my credit so I will be able to use it when the flights resume?
