To whom it may concern, **I've received this contact email regarding a Wizzair Flight issue due to the fact that both my return flight and my partner's flight from Nice, France to Budapest, Hungary is missing on my Wizzair account. I've noticed this today when I went on the Wizzair website to check in for the flight on Wednesday, October *nd, ****. **This may be due to the fact that there was an issue at the gate during the boarding process, and I was escorted through the gate, but my boarding pass wasn't scanned. But I did in fact have my boarding pass and I had boarded the plane and flew that day from Budapest, Hungary to Nice, France. **I had paid for both Karolina Aina and my own (Ian Wong) flights, return trips from BUD *--* Nice, we both had our boarding passes, and both of us were on this plane from Budapest to Nice. **I have documentation of my car rental in Nice, France and pictures that I took during the plane ride, as well as several pieces of information that indicate my location.**I will add the following documentation and pictures proving that I was on this flight. **I also sat beside another passenger, Jack Merlotti and his wife, who were both from Nice, and can confirm that I did in fact sit beside him on this plane because I had a coffee with him in Nice shortly afterwards.**Please help me resolve this issue, as my flight is in * days and I need to be back in Budapest for business. **Just a side note. I have been living in Budapest for more than * years now and have chosen to support your company by choosing Wizzair over other airlines such as Ryanair by purchasing both my France trip this week, as well as my Oslo trip the week afterwards, And as well as joining your Wizzair Discount Club. I plan to do a lot of traveling in the next several months with your company, please help me resolve this issue so my partner and I don't have this terrible feeling of anxiety that we cannot board our flight in the next * days that we had already paid for.
