The issue in GetHuman-jacovoum's own words
I would like copy of this email send to your CEO, for his notice.*I travel about * times a month on WIZZ AIR over the last ** months * and this is the worst instance I have noticed of flight engangerment to pax.*As informed by the captian we would experience turbulance and to sit in our seats and buckle up, Indeed there were many instances turbulance hit the plane and everyone apart from one gentleman, who from the outset of the flight, stood in the corridor playing cards with another person, who was sitting!!!! This gentleman for approx. **% of the flight stood in this position whether turbulence or not, as pax, crew went up & down the aisle!!!! He only moved when the trolley passed to let it through. When the plane went & and down, due to turbulence, he bobbed up and down, swaying, trying to keep a balance, somtimes tillting over and leaning on other pax who were seated!!!!! I never saw any crew ask him to take a seat, but they might have done as my eyes were not fixed on him for the whole journey. He was a tough muscular guy, so they might have been intimadated by him, even afraid.*I believe this to be a reckless action by WIZZAIR cabin crew which could have endengered people nearby. They struggled to egt by going to toilet, whatever.*I doubt this is how WIZZAIR train there cabing crew, but this group, i believe, certainly needs to be diciplined*retrained. In my opinion they had various options, for the safety of other pax and children neraby and those running up & down the aisle.*This man, in my opinion, is mindless not to think of the safety of himself or the other pax, but that does not mean the crew too should be mindless not to insists he sit down, or change the seating so the two pax could be seated next to each other to play their addictive game of cards.*If the crew deny this ever took place, which I though they might, I took photos.*I had thought of sending copy of this email to the European flight safety commision, with photos, but decided to wait to see
