*) I could not open an account with Wizz Air because their system did not recognise my email address I had to use a friend’s account.**) At the airport, we told to check-in on *st November **** at **.** but the desk did not open until **.**.**) I understood that I purchase priority check-in but there was no desk and I had to join the normal Line.**) **.** we passed through the gate and were held in a holding area waiting for the bus to take us to the plane there was not enough seat so we kept standing in an overcrowded area being told shuffle up tighter till there were only inches between us. Then we kept standing for half an hour.**) We eventually boarded the bus and were taken to plane where packed in and there were not enough seats again therefore we were still standing and left with no air for ** minutes waiting for them to finish cleaning the plane. How do I know they were cleaning the plane they were bringing out black rubbish sacks.**) On arrival at I think we had to walk a least a mile to get out of the airport with no warning of the long walk which left me with an angina attack.**) I tried to phone Wizz air today and they were unable to help me and told me no managers were available and when I asked for a call back the operator told me he could not promise a call back.
