I have been charged for booking in at luton airport. I woukd like a refund. I booked through bravofly who tell you that you can book in at the desk. when i get to the airport you charge €** per person. Thats €***more than one of the flight prices. I have paid for my flights and had * luggage to book in so why would i need to do it online. Im also going to seek leagal advice on why you kept my credit card details.*I look forward to your reply
