Wizz Air doesn't have a customer phone number that is answered by an agent. Instead, GetHuman-hlpantea will need to dig through the advice provided by Wizz Air, other customers and consumer advocacy websites like GetHuman. Confirmation code:*PBQDWW*COMING BACK*Flight Number: W* *****Departs from:*Arrives to:*Timisoara (TSR) *London Luton (LTN)*********** **:************* **:** **WHAT HAPPENED:*We have just come back from Timisoara last Thursday **rd August.*My partner did downland the app onto his mobile, and did the online checkin for both of us for the trip to Timisoara and for the return journey for both of us. *The app confirmed to him that the checkin was completed, and it worked for the departure from London Luton on the **th August and also from Timisoara on the **rd August.*The app showed the online checkin for the **th August, however, when we checked the app from Timisoara on the **rd August, the app told us that the check in was closed. So we had no other alternative than to pay ** pounds in total. *The problem is that the app confirmed both departure dates check in had been done, but for some reason, it didn't seem to have saved the **rd Aug departure check in from Timisoara, therefore we paid ** pounds.**We feel that since the app showed us that the check in from Timisoara was complete initially, we should not have had to pay ** pounds because the app didn't function properly i guess.... We would like to be refunded the ** pounds that we had to pay at the airport to checkin at the airport. **We don't understand why this happened and we were very stressed as a result, especially as there was nobody at any wizzair desk to help us for over one hour in Timisoara.
