Good evening, with the present to know what a passenger must do to get their ticket refunded for health problems. The request for reimbursement was made before the departure of the flight. I sent a written request and also by telephone but to date I have not received any news. If within a week of this I will not have news I address a lawyer and I state your little seriousness about it. I am sending you for the last time the data for the full reimbursement of the ticket issued in April **** and not used for serious health problems the reservation code and KEI*TN. I am waiting for a vs reply Regards
