Hello, I am Vlad from veezedmassagetherapy.com and I have been experiencing issues with online bookings for a few months, particularly with time discrepancies. For example, this week on June 2nd, client L.L. arrived one hour early for her appointment, which was showing as scheduled for 2pm online, but she had booked a 1pm service and showed me the confirmation email for that time. While I was still with another client, I had to ask her to wait an additional 30-40 minutes, causing inconvenience as she needed to return to work promptly. This has occurred five times already, and it is crucial that I resolve this problem to avoid discouraging future bookings. Your assistance in fixing this issue would be greatly appreciated.

My name is Alex Adams, and I created a Wix account with the email [redacted] several years ago. I suspect my account has been compromised as the password was changed without my permission. I've been with Wix since around [redacted] and fear losing access to all my websites. I find it suspicious that my password was altered without my knowledge. I am determined to regain control of my sites linked to the email address [redacted], which I rightfully own. Despite my efforts to reset my password, I have not received any emails from Wix. I am concerned my Wix emails are being redirected without my consent, potentially allowing unauthorized access to my account. This is a serious issue. As a result, I have provided an alternate email address, [redacted], for communication purposes. I am experiencing issues with Wix as I am unable to access my site to make changes even after logging in successfully. I am being prompted to switch from the old platform to the new one, but the access problem is hindering any progress. The lack of a contact number and the circular nature of the support questions have been frustrating. Although asked to reset my password, I prefer not to do so. I have attempted to reset it twice, but have not received any emails. The site is registered under [redacted] My main goals are to revamp my current website to attract more visitors and to create a blog using a different email. If these issues persist, I may consider canceling my subscription and seeking assistance elsewhere. Wix has been billing me through [redacted]

Hello, I am currently working on a website using Wix.com. I utilized pro-galleries on the homepage with many pictures. Upon returning to edit the site, I found all the content in my pro-galleries had disappeared, leaving default images. Despite reaching out to Wix through tickets for support, I haven't received any feedback yet. I hesitate to redo all the work without understanding why this happened. Canceling my account with Wix.com proved to be challenging. Once the account was canceled, I couldn't log in to request a refund for the charges. The lack of clear communication for canceling accounts or stopping billing is frustrating. Wix.com should provide direct contact information for account billing issues. I've been charged on my credit card for a canceled account, and I require a refund for the amount.

I am currently experiencing an issue with my missing email and files. Recently, I had to update my credit card due to theft, and as a result, my annual fees were processed by Wix only last week. I did not authorize a charge of $[redacted] on my debit card for another year of service. This unauthorized charge has led to bank fees and a negative balance of over $[redacted] in my account. I want to cancel my service and receive a refund promptly. I have already been in touch with your department earlier this month, where they instructed me to remove the billing card on file for the charges to be reversed. I have been using Wix for a few years now. I am experiencing difficulty getting support for my website from Wix, especially when the problem seems to be with their system. A few weeks ago, I had my new website set up the way I wanted it. Today, when I tried to access it to add social media and go live, I noticed that the page is misaligned to the left, and I haven't been able to correct it. It's concerning that the webpage changed on its own like that, as it could be damaging to my business once the site is live. I've checked the page on both Microsoft Edge and Firefox, and the issue persists in both browsers even after clearing the cache. My website URL is www.destined2excel.com.

Hello! I have made several attempts to contact customer service and I am hoping to receive a call today regarding the issue with Wix Payments. As my business is a brewery selling alcohol, I encountered a problem when asked about the goods I sell. Despite stating that we sell alcohol, all payment methods disappeared except PayPal. This seems odd as selling alcohol is permitted in my country. I am puzzled as to why Wix has a brewery website template when alcohol sales are restricted using Wix Payments. Although this is inconvenient, I assumed I could use third-party options like Stripe. Unfortunately, this choice doesn't appear either. I contacted Stripe, and they confirmed that using their services for alcohol sales is allowed. Hello, I previously had a website on WIX, but I decided to switch to another provider. My contract with WIX ends on February 13, [redacted]. My domain name was held with OVH, but I have transferred it to a new company to host my new website. OVH has completed their part, but now WIX is causing delays and my site is not visible. I run a bed and breakfast business and, especially during COVID, I cannot afford to be without a website. It's a difficult time, and I need help as WIX is unresponsive. Since February 5th, [redacted], I've been experiencing issues with my email address linked to my domain, sdjohnson-ministries.com. Despite changing my password multiple times following the instructions given, I cannot access my email successfully. I keep receiving emails confirming successful password changes, yet I still can't log in. Oddly, an unfamiliar address, johnson@sdjhelper1; [redacted], was sent to me on February 5th, and another one, [redacted]@sdjohnson-ministries, was in use. I am a premium customer, and this situation is preventing me from assisting my clients. I've been diligently trying to resolve this by emailing daily for hours but to no avail. It seems like the system treats me as a new customer every time I try to follow the recovery process, adding to my confusion and frustration. I would greatly appreciate speaking with a human being for assistance as soon as possible.

I canceled my Wix plan on December 2, [redacted], and received an email confirming the cancellation. The email indicated a refund would be processed within 20 days, but it has now been 67 days with no refund. Despite contacting Wix previously, no resolution has been provided. If this matter is not resolved promptly, I will be forced to pursue legal action to obtain my refund. I urge Wix to address this issue immediately by either reaching out to me or processing the refund without further delay. I recently noticed an unauthorized charge on my credit card from Wix.com. I canceled the website in April [redacted], called Notary4U, under the username mskimnotary. I have since lost access to the email, phone number, and password associated with the account. The charge of $[redacted] appeared today, 2/18/[redacted], on my no longer active credit card, causing a pending transaction that I did not authorize. I have taken steps to dispute this charge with Discover, as I no longer require the services and made sure to remove all data before closing the account.

I recently discovered that my domain augustacenterforbehavioralhealth.org was auto-renewed. Despite changing the business name two years ago and canceling the domain previously, my credit card information is still linked to it. I am unable to remove the credit card number as the system won't allow me to save the changes. This morning, I observed an auto-renewal for the domain which I believed had been terminated with the website. I cannot recall my thought process from that time, but I did not intend to renew the domain. I need assistance removing my credit card information from Wix and requesting a refund for the unauthorized charge. I mistakenly assumed canceling the website would also cancel the domain. Could you please process the refund and guide me on removing my credit card details from Wix as I no longer require the augustacenterforbehavioralhealth.org domain?

I received an email from WIX offering a 50% discount on a special price in my Gmail account. I forwarded the email to my more frequently used email address, [redacted], to remember to use it. I then purchased a 2-year Premium Business Plan with my credit card. After receiving a congratulatory email without a receipt or instructions, I encountered errors when trying to access the invoice. On logging in, I was prompted to upgrade to Premium when connecting my domain name, and billing history showed no activity. Despite checking for potential account confusion, I couldn't find any. I later realized the issue stemmed from using an infrequently used email on my WIX account, which I hadn't intentionally done. I didn't receive a response from WIX, but I resolved the matter by identifying the account discrepancy myself.

On April 8th, I informed Wix that we had let go of our disgruntled General Manager, who then removed all logins and passwords. After providing all necessary identification, everything was corrected and sent to our email address. However, upon receiving confirmation that our domain applehomestexas.com was successfully transferred to Wix, I logged in to find no previous billing history for the account. The previous owner allegedly paid Wix $1,[redacted] in [redacted] for professional help, but I am unable to access this information. Additionally, there were previously three email accounts associated with the account that seem to be missing. Should I create new email accounts, and how can we retrieve the old ones if needed?
