Hello Wix team, I hope this message finds the right contact. I am a volunteer leader for a Special Olympics team in Chesapeake, VA, and we are looking to create a website to showcase our athletes, events, and programs. After researching, we believe Wix offers the best platform for us. Could you recommend a suitable template for a non-profit like us, Team Inclusion Special Olympics? Also, would it be possible to receive a non-profit discount for our website? We are willing to provide documentation and promote Wix as a sponsor on our site. We are considering the "Business Unlimited" or "Pro" plans. Any help and guidance you can offer will be highly valued. Thank you, Joe Ellenbecker.

I am urgently trying to get in touch with someone at Wix. None of the options provided is working for me. When attempting to log in with either of my two regular email addresses, one of which I know I used to set up my account over a year ago, your system claims there is no record of them. Therefore, I am unable to log in and contact anyone!! I have a pending payment and am eager to settle it, but your system seems to be hindering me. Could someone please reach out to me via email at wakefieldrirwin.com? It's crucial for me to keep my website up and running, and I really do not want it to be shut down.

In [redacted], I created a Wix website out of curiosity but decided not to continue. I did not purchase a domain name and canceled within the trial period. I assumed that was the end of it. It recently came to my attention that Wix has been charging me annually for the past five years, despite me not having an active website or any record of logins. I am unable to stop these charges since I do not have login credentials. I need to address and resolve this issue promptly.

I have built a website using WIX for scheduling events where participants can register and pay. Although the admin side shows the correct events, the live site displays a different, incorrect event that I cannot remove. How can I fix this issue? Thank you. - Leadership Excellence Institute UPDATE: I have not received any assistance from WIX, and it appears there is no way to contact them for support. Despite that, they have charged me for their service. I have decided to discontinue using their platform.

As a premium subscriber of Wix for years, my business partner and I are frustrated by not being able to access our website for over 24 hours due to a hack. Despite multiple attempts to contact Wix directly via their website, we have not received a response, which is concerning as our professional image and financial information are at risk. We urgently need to regain access to our account. If this continues, we will consider moving our business to another server and advise others to avoid Wix. We pay over $[redacted] annually for premium service and expect better communication and support from Wix in resolving this issue promptly.

We recently configured WixPay on our website but later decided to switch back to our previous payment processor due to better terms. However, an order processed by Wix is pending verification without any communication from them. We suspect our account was mistakenly set up as an LLC instead of a sole proprietorship, causing delays in verification. Despite reaching out to support, we have not received assistance and were informed that changes cannot be made if the account is an LLC. I need help with managing two separate accounts with different owners. One owner intended to create a second unpublished site to showcase to a friend, who then decided to open their account. I believed I transferred the site successfully, but now both accounts share the same email addresses ([redacted] and [redacted]) and usernames (berniedimeo and kikipryzbylo). I am unable to separate the accounts and want to cancel the incomplete second account to start over, but I'm unable to do so due to the email overlap. It's crucial to rectify this issue as soon as possible.

Hello Wix team, I renewed my domain subscription on September 24. I encountered slow internet speed and my computer froze before processing the order completely. Upon return, I realized I accidentally subscribed twice. Despite requesting a refund due to this unintended mistake, it was denied because I failed to turn off auto-renewal. I became aware of the renewal necessity only when my website became unavailable. I usually do not check my Wix email, where reminders were sent. I missed these reminders until my site was cut off, providing evidence that auto-renewal was not active. I live in Australia, and under Australian law, a refund is required. Your argument that I should have turned off auto-renewal is inaccurate as it was never enabled. It should be clear that no one intends to renew a domain twice. I kindly ask for a refund for the domain held under the name "John Geeves" for a three-year registration for themassageandhealingclinic website. Thank you. Regards, John.

I recently bought a mailbox for my domain but have realized that I don't actually need it. I want to cancel the purchase before it goes through to avoid any charges. I'm worried about canceling the wrong thing, so I'm seeking help to guide me through the cancellation process. I'm disappointed that I can't easily reach someone for assistance, especially considering the premium fee I paid for the service. I'm hoping to resolve this quickly, even though I understand there may be some delays in getting a response. I just want to make sure I don't get charged for a service I won't be using. Contacting them on the same day as the purchase error might improve my chances of a swift resolution. Thank you.

Even though I have used their services in the past and received recommendations from colleagues at my university, I recently faced technical difficulties while uploading my blog. Unfortunately, I also encountered challenges with their customer service regarding a refund for my Premium Plan. After experiencing poor feedback, I decided to cancel my membership with Wix. I am looking to organize my new and old blogs on my website using categorized pages. Currently, there is no straightforward way to do this. I want Wix to assist me with integrating my new and old blog posts without requiring me to hire outside help. For instance, I have my newer blogs on the Bali page but need assistance in incorporating both new and old posts on various travel pages like India. I am contacting from Ken Glover Drug in Dora, Alabama. I have noticed a charge on my credit card statement from your company. I am seeking clarification on why this charge was made and who authorized it. I engaged with a representative in a chat room who directed me to a link that required a $1 payment to sign up for a service. I am unwilling to pay to understand the reason behind this charge. Hello, I am an IT worker who has been contacted by the management of a hotel regarding an issue with their website. The hotel initially hired a web developer to create a site using WIX, but there has been a dispute, and now the developer is refusing to transfer control to the hotel owner. As a result, the hotel is unable to update room prices and is experiencing other difficulties. What steps should be taken to resolve this situation and transfer control back to the hotel owner? I own a website at www.eumcsumter.net. Last year, I had a site at eumcsumter.org. I noticed that charges were made to my account for both websites, which shouldn't have happened. The eumcsumter.net payment is due in [redacted], while the eumcsumter.org payment should have been for [redacted]. I tried canceling the .org account, but you still billed my account. There is a hidden page on my website that appears in Google searches. I have tried to disable the "show this page in search results" option in the Google SEO tab. Unfortunately, I cannot find this option listed under SEO on Google. I believe it may not have been turned on initially, but the page is still visible, leading to incorrect payments. I need assistance as I want the deleted, hidden, and disabled pages not to show up in Google searches, as they currently do. Thank you for your help.

I have received confirmation from Wix that my trial subscription for leonoramusicensemble.com.au was canceled in April [redacted]. I am currently unable to see the refund reflected in my account and would like Wix to provide a receipt detailing where and when the refund was processed. In the meantime, I will check my PayPal account to ensure the refund wasn't sent to a different account in error. Email from Wix on Mon, Apr 8, [redacted] at 1:49 PM: Your Premium Plan for leonoramusicensemble.com.au has been canceled as requested, and a refund will be issued. Wix mentioned that it could take up to 20 days for the refund to be visible on my bank statement. If I decide to upgrade to a different Premium Plan, I can explore the options available on Wix's website.

I am having issues receiving the password reset email for my account under the email address: [redacted] Despite multiple attempts, I have not received any reset emails. Our website, www.favotell.com, is not accessible, and when we try to access it, we are greeted with a message stating: "Looks Like This Domain Isn't Connected To A Website Yet!" We are prompted to connect the domain to our Wix website under the instructions provided. Thank you.

I recently acquired Sunset Youth Cheer and we need assistance transitioning ownership properly. The previous owner is unaware of how to complete the process.
