Help with my Wix.com issue

We set up WixPay for our website but found that the terms were not as favorable as our previous process and decided to return to the other processor. In the interim, an order came through and was processed by Wix, but we were told it would be held for verification. I have received nothing from Wix regarding verification. I suspect that the account was set up by my partner as an LLC using our TIN number, but the account should have been a sole proprietorship using my social security number, which is easily verifiable. I have contacted your support and gotten no assistance and was told that if the account was set up as an LLC, I can make no changes, but I can vote for those changes to be available in future. Not acceptable. I want to know what the verification hold up is and if it is the LLC vs sole proprietorship issue, how can this be remedied without contacting my international client to refund their order and reorder through our other processor? How GetHuman-morgello fixed the problem
We were informed at this point that they have decided that our products do not meet their qualifications for WixPay and the account has been suspended and they have refunded our customer. Needless to say, we are not pleased with this as they obviously do not understand what our product is. We have taken measures to contact the customer as their product had already been shipped and hopefully we can recoup either the payment through our previous process or the product can be returned. We will be moving our website to another source within the next few days.
