I accommodated a request to create transportationcarrion.com for someone I no longer associate with, but they may have initiated chargebacks. While I hold evidence of their awareness of the charges, I do not possess their payment card details. It would unjust for me to bear the financial consequences of their actions, especially since my business partners and I have maintained regular payments for our websites. I purchased my website and domain with protection on February 14, [redacted]. Recently, I have received emails about renewing. My site was down after the renewal date, which led me to believe it would not renew automatically. I woke up to an unexpected charge the next morning. I am seeking a full refund for the site, domain, and protection. The emails I received created confusion as they indicated I needed to confirm payment for renewal. The lack of website access between the 15th-18th reinforced my assumption that it had expired. Customer service provided unhelpful links, and I cancelled both subscriptions on the 19th. I have not used the services and request a refund.

Dear Wix Support, I'm writing to address ticket number [redacted]60, unresolved for 6 days. Your support team has failed to address the issues by disregarding the screenshots and URLs we provided when we first raised the ticket. First Issue: We attached screenshots showing a discrepancy in the text background between the Wix editor and the live site: "Problem 1 - Wix-Editor-Section-Background.png" and "Problem 1 - Webpage-actual-Section-Background.png". Despite our repeated explanations, the live page displays a transparent background while the Wix editor shows an obscured background. Second Issue: Our homepage displays improperly on Microsoft Internet Explorer when accessed through www.SmartTVWorks.com.au, as depicted in "Problem 2 - IE-malform-display-of-home-page.png". Third Issue: We encountered further confusion attempting to use Wix Turbo as per your instructions, where the requested "Update" button in Step 2 is missing, causing delays in rectifying the issues. Your support team, including Alex (Lex) and Daniel, has not effectively addressed these concerns, leading to a frustrating experience. I am struggling to submit a support ticket on Wix, check its status, or respond to their replies. After logging in, I submitted two tickets with the same question. When I didn't hear back, I submitted it a third time with a different email address. They replied to the new address, but when I tried to respond using the link they provided, I got a [redacted] error saying the page was locked and redirecting me to the canned help page.

Hello, I have a website through GoDaddy with hosting. I recently created a site using Wix's free version and decided to upgrade to a premium plan. I tried to connect my Wix site to my GoDaddy domain, www.caffeinatedideas.com.au, but it still shows the old GoDaddy site. Do I need to do anything on GoDaddy to switch to the Wix site? Also, my GoDaddy domain is expiring in August, and I have a free domain voucher from Wix for caffeinated.com.au. Can I use this voucher when the GoDaddy domain expires? Regarding email, I have an existing one through GoDaddy, [redacted], which will also expire in August. Can I continue using this email with the new Wix site, and how can I maintain it with Wix after August? Your prompt assistance is appreciated. Thank you. When I signed up with Wix and transferred my domain from Bluehost to Wix, I was hoping to purchase a pre-built blog due to difficulties in creating one myself, especially with detailed instructions causing increased pain levels due to my disability. Despite trying for two years, I struggled. I sought a company to build it FOR ME to simply add posts, images, and videos. Sadly, the outcome was not as expected, and I am unable to find assistance from Wix. I am frustrated by this situation and feel like I have once again invested in unhelpful software. My site is currently live at chronicallypam.faith, focusing on chronic pain and fibromyalgia.

I seem to have two websites in progress, but I only want one. I mistakenly upgraded the wrong site to a premium plan instead of my intended site. I am unable to close the incorrect site now due to it being on a premium plan. I am stuck and cannot proceed with designing my correct site until the wrong one is deleted and the premium plan transferred. It is frustrating not being able to speak with someone directly to resolve this. I found it challenging to navigate to this page for assistance. I urgently need this matter sorted out promptly. I am uncertain if this is the chat page for Wix. However, I am disappointed with the lack of support. Contacting you seems impossible. Clicking "contact" on the website provides no real assistance, just links to explore. Even on Facebook, the run-around continues. I am struggling with setting up the mailboxes I purchased. I've reached out to Google for help, but they directed me back to you since we bought the mailboxes from Wix. I feel frustrated and on the verge of involving our attorney. The fees keep adding up, and despite purchasing products for our site, I can't get the necessary support. While I managed to set up most apps through trial and error, the mailbox app is beyond me. If this isn't resolved soon, legal action may follow. I expect the service we paid for to function correctly. Time is limited; the mailboxes must be operational by Monday. My Wix website menu is unresponsive on Apple tablets. I have tried various fixes, all with the same results. Despite investing my money for a well-designed site, I am not completely satisfied. The optimization for the website and mobile works well, but the tablet view needs more work. The menu button, essential for navigation, does not work on Apple tablets. On top of this, trying to contact Wix via email is proving to be challenging. I prefer email communication over phone calls but have found it difficult to locate the appropriate contact information.

1. I am having an issue with my new website, www.vividhealth.ca. On the desktop version, I need the video featuring a person jumping to be shifted down to avoid having its head cut off while playing in the background. Can this adjustment be made? 2. Additionally, in the mobile version, I am struggling to center the Facebook icon at the bottom when the menu is clicked. I can't find where in the menu to edit the details of the three bars at the top that contain the icon. Can you provide guidance on how to resolve this? 3. Lastly, I made an error when setting up my email, accidentally creating one with just @vividhealth.ca. Although I have cancelled it, the cancellation is set for a year from now. 1. I recently downloaded third-party Axiforma fonts. While in the text editor, I can select the font, but upon closing the editor, it reverts to the default font. I attempted to save configurations in styles, but it was unsuccessful. 2. Having trouble removing downloaded fonts. Despite clicking the delete button in "manage fonts," the fonts remain. How can I delete all Axiforma fonts from my account? Also, I received unhelpful assistance from the Russian support representative who stated these issues are solely mine.

Currently in Indonesia, my US debit card and both credit cards are not functioning on the Wix site to upgrade (finalize my website & publish it). I've been here for two months. When attempting to make a purchase, the website states: "Due to multiple declines, please call your bank before making another purchase." All my accounts have sufficient funds, and my bank has no record of declines. The cards work everywhere except on Wix, where I need them. I have submitted support tickets twice without any response. This issue has already caused me to lose 48 hours of work. I simply want to be able to make payments on Wix easily. It is crucial for my work here in Bali.

On May 3rd, I acquired full ownership of the business, including the food service kiosks and copyrights for the website danscottoncandy.com. The domain was successfully transferred to me after paying around $[redacted] to Wix. I also received the associated Facebook page facebook.com/danscottoncandy. I paid a total of over $[redacted] for the business. Unfortunately, when the new kiosks were shipped to me, they contained car batteries that exploded during transit, damaging the trailer decals, food service sticks, and two burner elements. I have filed complaints with PayPal, my bank, and eBay, as the seller resold the same inventory. The seller also gained unauthorized access to my website, making threatening posts. I quickly removed their access and changed the password for security. I suspect my site has been hacked. I need assistance to restore it and protect it from future attacks as I have high traffic and ad campaigns running. This is a serious issue that requires immediate attention. Bron D. [redacted]

It's currently July 27th, and we are once again unable to log in to our Wix website. This has been going on for over a week now, and it's causing significant financial losses for my business. To make matters worse, our contact phone number on the website has been changed without our knowledge. We reached out to GetHuman three weeks ago, and we appreciate their assistance. Wix provided a password that worked for three days, but now we're back to being locked out of our own site. It seems like they excel at taking money rather than providing reliable service.

I disputed a charge with Wix for an annual membership fee instead of a monthly one. Unfortunately, my bank mistakenly reversed several other charges, leading Wix to lock me out of both my accounts, causing five of my websites to be down. This has severely impacted my business operations. Despite speaking with four representatives for a total of 30 minutes after being on hold for an hour and a half, Wix requested copies of my credit cards and driver's license without specifying which cards to send or explaining the need. I am unable to access my accounts to determine the details. Although the bank is willing to reverse the dispute, the process may take up to 90 days for Wix to process the credit. I urgently require access to my websites. I can settle the charges, have the bank cancel the dispute, and waive any fees if I can speak to someone competent who can assist promptly.

Hello! I am Stella, and I am working on creating my first graphic design website. I encountered a problem after purchasing the unlimited plan on Wix when I attempted to secure a domain. I entered stellafox.com, found it unavailable, and then cancelled. To my surprise, my website synced with this domain, which I do not own. Concerned about security, I tried to switch my website to a new domain, sylkworms.com, but accidentally ended up being charged for a new domain and mailbox. Unfortunately, I couldn't transfer my original website to the new domain, and now I am paying for the new one without being able to use my initial free website.
