I have made multiple purchases from Wish in the past and am disappointed with the lack of customer service. I am frustrated with the inability to speak to a live representative for assistance. I need a return slip, not a refund, just a return slip. I placed my first order with Wish but was unfamiliar with the process. I tried to cancel within 10 minutes of placing the order, but was told it was too late. Wish advised me to return the watch, which was my plan. However, when your account is closed, you cannot return anything. This is very sad for me since I love to shop and save money. I respect Wish and will never speak badly of them. Unlike Amazon, don't get me started on those scammers.

I need help with my order, 6079e6b68c97dd20e870261c, from Wish. Their customer service is disappointing. Despite ordering five items from the same store on the same day, only one item got delivered to the wrong address and was refunded. The rest of the items have no tracking information, making it impossible to know if they are lost. I find it frustrating that there is no transparency with the shipping process after paying $16 for each item. The store, Makeup Stetup, lacks reviews and even basic contact information. Tracking number: [redacted][redacted][redacted][redacted]. The package was supposed to arrive at DHL on April 21. DHL handed it over to USPS in Stow, Ohio. I contacted USPS on April 29 to inquire about my package, but they claimed they did not have it. Despite DHL stating they had delivered it, USPS denied receiving it. DHL mentioned a hand-off confirmation, but when I requested the number, they directed me to USPS without providing it. I am within a 30-minute drive of the USPS facility and offered to pick it up, but they insisted it was not there. Wish Co. informed me the delivery window is now between May 5 and June 5, which is unacceptable. It feels like a reshipment. I urge for the bottleneck to be resolved between DHL and Stow, Ohio USPS. Meanwhile, I request a full refund.

Issue #1: I ordered multiple items and paid separate shipping for each but they arrived in one package. I am requesting a refund for the extra shipping charges. Issue #2: I bought two pairs of shoes for my wife, both the same size, but one was too big and the other too small. The quality is poor. After several attempts, I received a refund for one pair but not for tax or shipping. Now, I am being asked to return the other pair at my own expense for a refund. I purchased a set of wedding bands and two pairs of sneakers on wish.com. However, I encountered some issues with my order. I was billed three times for shipping even though all items arrived in the same package. One pair of shoes was too big, and another was too small. I got a refund for the oversized shoes, but I must pay return shipping for the undersized pair. Hello, I have been having a significant issue with my Wish order for some time now and I am hoping to get some assistance. I placed an order on April 1 for a 36V Improved Version Cordless Dual Speed Hammer Drill Electric Screwdriver Set 25 ~ 28Nm 10mm Chuck LED Work Light Rechargeable Power Tools for Impact Drilling, Flat Drilling, and Screw Turning. However, what I received was simply a small wood drilling bit worth just $1.00. Furthermore, I was informed that the item I initially ordered is no longer available on Wish. If I do not receive a satisfactory resolution, I will consider sharing my experience on social media. I have photos of the incorrect item I received that I may use to illustrate my dissatisfaction.

Sehr geehrte Damen und Herren, ich möchte Sie informieren, dass es ein Problem mit Ihrem Gerät gibt. Leider funktioniert Bluetooth in dem Gerät, das Sie mir geschickt haben, nicht. Ich habe dies bereits auf zwei Smartphones und einem Tablet überprüft. Obwohl ich den QR-Code scannen kann und die FitPro-App installiert wird, kann ich das M5 nicht mit dem Smartphone verbinden. Aufgrund dieser Schwierigkeiten funktioniert das Gerät nicht wie erwartet. Die Verbindung zum Smartphone fehlt, was es unmöglich macht, die Uhrzeit zu ändern, da wichtige Funktionen der Uhr nicht verfügbar sind. I recently placed two orders on Wish worth approximately $[redacted] for my two sons, aged 31 and 33. Despite using size charts and reviews to guide my purchases, the items I received were a disappointment. The large sizes ordered looked like they were meant for a 12-13-year-old child, which was not what I was expecting. The shorts were much shorter than depicted in the pictures, barely reaching the knee, with the cargo shorts and pants both made of thin, cheap material. The items arrived a week late, costing more in shipping fees than the clothes themselves, and now I'm facing additional expenses to return them. This experience has left me feeling frustrated and deceived. I won't be shopping on Wish again, as their deals turned out to be a complete ripoff compared to other online stores I've used in the past.

My order was supposed to arrive before April 23, [redacted], but there was a delay until May 9th. Despite the promise of a refund, I still have not received the item. Now, there is another extension until June [redacted]. These delays do not align with Wish's guarantee policy. This experience with my order has been disastrous. I noticed unauthorized charges on my bank account from your website. There were two transactions, one for one dollar on April 29 and another for 76 dollars on May 3. I did not make these purchases as I didn't even have the app. I urgently need my money refunded as my rent is due on the 10th. On a side note, why did you discontinue your call service? It would be much easier to speak to a real person for help in resolving this issue.

I am interested in purchasing a Wish card for my mother as a gift. Could you please provide guidance on how to buy a Wish card, add cash, or top up someone else's Wish account? Additionally, I am concerned about the lack of a contact number for customer support. Providing phone assistance should be a standard service for customers, not having this option makes me question whether I should continue supporting your company. Can this issue be addressed promptly, as I need to purchase the gift card before 12 noon Australian Eastern Standard Time. I received a combined order that was marked as delivered on May 5, but it did not arrive at my address or my neighbors'. Despite following the instructions on your website to wait until May 9, the package has yet to be delivered. Every time I check the site, I only receive automated responses. Given FedEx's history of misdeliveries, I am seeking a resolution to this issue.

I purchased an electric bike and a computer online. After being charged and the order being processed, I only received a headlight instead of the bike. Wish stated they couldn't provide the bike anymore and offered a refund with no explanation. When I followed up on the computer, they said it was shipped by May 7th. However, I only received the SD cards but not the computer. They keep insisting I take a refund, but I want the computer and the bike at the prices I paid for, as guaranteed.

Due to being sick with Coronavirus, I have been unable to check my account until now. I have been bedridden for days alongside my fiancé, unable to visit the doctor due to unexpected charges depleting our funds. Although some charges and items have been canceled with refunds pending, the $[redacted] charge for the guitar remains, causing frustration and distress. I urgently need this issue resolved.

I ordered 6 items from Wish, including LED color change red lights, a two-piece red velvet lingerie set, scrunch butt yoga pants in small size, women's honeycomb anti-scrunch running tights in black, and a 10-piece sexy adult game set with Red sex toys. As a free gift, I was supposed to receive a 2-ton [redacted] ring in size 6. They were due to arrive on May 7th, [redacted], but I never got them. Despite an email claiming delivery on May 11th, I never received my items. I paid $73.15 from my checking account. I need a refund as soon as possible and will not use Wish again.

Received confirmation from Wish on May 9, [redacted], with UPS tracking number #1Z81WY[redacted]34. However, the package was delivered to the wrong address due to a name error. Spoke with UPS and Amazon customer service to rectify the issue. Despite providing documentation proving non-delivery, Wish insisted the package reached the correct address.
