Hola, buenas tardes. Mi nombre es Estrella y soy de Chile. El 27 de febrero compré dos productos por error. Uno fue reembolsado, pero solicité el reembolso de ambos. Ayer en la madrugada recibí un correo indicando que me descontaron $26.[redacted] pesos y además me volvieron a cobrar la misma cantidad. Hoy en la mañana revisé mi tarjeta y noté que descontaron un producto que no pedí ni autoricé. Solicito un reembolso de ambos productos (es el mismo producto que me están cobrando). El pedido fue hecho el 27 de febrero de [redacted] con el número #603aedafd7bb3a70d2899b43. Necesito una respuesta y solución lo antes posible. Gracias.

Today, I picked up my items, but unfortunately, only two of them were what I ordered. One of the items was supposed to be a hip or leg pack with multiple compartments to carry a large camera and other items. However, I received a small pouch that can only fit a cellphone. This mix-up is frustrating, as I had been looking forward to receiving the correct item. In addition, the two backpacks I ordered for my sons were replaced with charging cables that I have no use for. I carefully reviewed the product descriptions, so this bait-and-switch tactic is unacceptable. Dealing with companies like this is disappointing, especially without a customer service phone number for assistance. The support agent's response was confusing and irrelevant to my concerns. Furthermore, the watch I received has a tiny dial, making it difficult to read, and came with a cheap cloth strap instead of a leather one. As someone on SSDI with a medical history that limits my activities, I rely on ordering online, making it even more frustrating when I receive incorrect items. I contacted Wish customer support about an issue, but the response did not address my complaint. I purchased four Japanese soup bowls at $4 each, totaling $16, but only received one bowl with red dots instead. Wish claimed this is what I had ordered. I tried to buy four white bowls priced at $9 each, but grey bowls were confirmed. After contacting Wish again, I was told to modify my note on the platform. However, once I added more information, my note became invisible to the public. I noted the electronic configuration issues to Wish but have not received a response yet. Over the past year, I have experienced several similar electronic shopping errors on Wish. It is crucial for Wish to promptly address and correct these technical problems with order confirmations displaying incorrectly.

I placed an order for a shirt on December 14, [redacted]. The delivery date has been repeatedly delayed, and when I tried to track my order using the given number, UPS has no record of it. The shirt I purchased is currently in my basket under my wish account with your shop, named Long Fashion Store. I kindly request prompt resolution as I have been patient. I placed an order for a pair of pants and one shirt on the Wish app. However, upon checking my order, I noticed three additional orders totaling $55.60, $36.04, and $14.84, which I did not authorize. I decided to cancel all the orders, which included one for $27.56 that I did intend to purchase. Despite canceling, I have not received a refund on my debit card. I have reached out to Wish's customer service multiple times, but they have not provided a satisfactory response. The app claims refunds should process within 1 to 3 hours after canceling, but I am still waiting for the funds to be returned to my card promptly.

On February 26, [redacted], I placed an order under number [redacted][redacted] for an ECG + PPG fitness band smartwatch priced at €47.84. I requested a black bracelet, but received an orange one instead. Regrettably, this color is not appealing to my husband, for whom the gift was intended. He is unwilling to wear it. I purchased a bottle of valve oil for my trumpet, but when it arrived, it was only half-filled due to the loose cap, causing the packaging to be oily. I believe I am entitled to a refund or replacement. I have already informed you of this issue when asked about the service. I also suggested notifying the seller to address the problem by using tape to secure the cap on the bottle. Besides this, it is a good product. Looking forward to your response. Mike H. Two of my orders were supposed to be available for pickup at a local store. I went to the store, but the sales clerk couldn't find either item. Despite my confirmation showing they were on site, I received an email later stating that one item was not available and would be refunded. Another email said the item I ordered that morning had been picked up, which is not true. When I went back to the store and spoke to the manager, they claimed the item couldn't have arrived within one hour. This whole situation has been frustrating and confusing.

I recently received a notification from a website regarding an Early Spring Sale with 50% off from 3-5-21 through 3-8-21. I entered the code "TULIP" as instructed but encountered an issue with points that I allegedly used in my last order, which I have no recollection of placing. Despite spending approximately $[redacted], I did not receive any special benefits. I have reached out to customer support regarding this matter, as I am perplexed by the discrepancy in my points, which have now increased to [redacted]. Australia Post has confirmed that my order made it to Australia and passed through customs but was then sent back to the sender due to an alleged incorrect address. This seems unlikely as it was part of a combined order from Wish and I have received the other items from the same order. Unfortunately, the only customer support option I have found is an unhelpful chatbot that keeps directing me to their refund policy, pushing the blame on me. Wish should either refund me or send the correct item to the right address per their policy, but I can't get anyone to acknowledge this mistake. Frustrating situation!

I am facing an issue with customer service regarding an item that was returned to the wrong address over a week ago. Despite explaining the situation multiple times, they seem to be disregarding my messages and asking repetitive questions. This lack of attention to detail is frustrating, and I am considering no longer shopping with Wish or any associated companies due to this experience. The item in question is a dog's bed worth £41, which was mistakenly ordered. I tried to cancel the order within the 8-hour window, but this was not acknowledged by customer service. I am requesting a full refund of £50 (item cost + postage) and compensation for the stress this has caused. If this matter is not resolved correctly, I may escalate it further. I accidentally validated my basket on Wich and immediately informed them before the items were sent, but I couldn't cancel my order. I was charged over [redacted] euros. I can't even contact Wich by phone from France. They only canceled one item, not the others. I want to cancel the entire order or get a refund. I previously ordered a tablecloth, but received a table runner instead. After contacting customer service, the issue was resolved. However, when I ordered another tablecloth recently, I received another table runner despite the labeling stating it was a tablecloth. My package was surprisingly small for a tablecloth. It seems like there might be a mix-up in the items being sent from another country. Although the products from Wish are beautiful, I've experienced this mix-up twice now and don't intend to order another tablecloth. Despite the long shipping times, I find the products worth the wait, but the inconsistencies in the orders are disappointing. I'll accept the error this time rather than going through the hassle of requesting a refund. Thank you for addressing this issue.

I would like to cancel my order made an hour ago. I thought I was purchasing an electric bicycle for $8.00, but it seems I only bought a stand or a different item. I feel deceived by the misleading advertisement. I do not own a bike, so I have no use for bike accessories. I am frustrated and embarrassed by this situation. I demand that my order be cancelled, and I request a refund of $10.20 to be credited back to my debit card. Additionally, I purchased a "floureon DVR [redacted] N with remote" for my security cameras from Wish in [redacted]/[redacted]. I am pleased with this DVR system but currently facing issues as the administration password is locked, and the cameras are not displaying on the TV screen. I cannot find the DVR on the Wish website for a replacement. It was very affordable when I purchased it, and I would like to reorder the same one for replacement.

I've had multiple issues with my Facemask orders, especially the one from November/December which was supposed to arrive in January but never did. Customer service informed me that it was too late for a refund. I've encountered similar problems in the past, missing items and incorrect masks sent, but always got refunded. I have not received several orders placed on various dates ranging from July [redacted] to March [redacted]. Items like a waist trainer corset, rear view camera, car radio Bluetooth handsfree, grinder, computer speakers, stainless steel watch, posture correction belt, and tap die set are all showing as delivered but were never received. I plan to visit the post office personally to address this issue. I need assistance to confirm any missing items and have them delivered, not refunded.
