Sehr geehrtes Support-Team, Ich warte bereits seit September [redacted] auf meine bestellte Ware. Trotz mehrfacher Nachfragen wurde ich immer wieder vertröstet. Zuletzt erhielt ich eine Paketverfolgungsnummer, nachdem das Paket angeblich zum dritten Mal verschickt wurde. Nach drei Wochen konnte ich das Paket bei DHL verfolgen, wo es als "geliefert" markiert war. Jedoch habe ich nichts erhalten und nach Rücksprache mit DHL wurde mir bestätigt, dass die Verfolgungsnummer einem Kunden in Bayern zugeordnet war. Ich habe bereits drei E-Mails gesendet, aber keine Antwort erhalten. Da ich regelmäßig bei Wish bestelle und bisher nie Probleme hatte, bin ich sehr enttäuscht. Ich bitte daher dringend um Klärung in deutscher Sprache, da es für mich aufgrund von Mobilitätsproblemen wichtig ist, die Bestellung zu erhalten. Mit freundlichen Grüßen, Ruth N.

I recently placed an order on Wish for various inexpensive items such as sewing needles, serum, sponges, and a cell phone holder, with the shipping cost for a pair of stud earrings. The total for all items should have been around $5 or $6. However, I noticed multiple unauthorized charges on my credit card totaling $17.07, $5.99, $24.57, $[redacted].91, $17.07, $4.37, $4.27, and $5.99. These charges do not specify the products purchased, and I did not order these items. I am requesting an immediate refund for these incorrect charges. This situation indicates a security concern when shopping on Wish. I will be canceling my card. If I do not receive a prompt refund within 24 hours, I plan to escalate my complaint on various social media platforms and inform the Better Business Bureau. I mistakenly placed an order when I only intended to change the page. Immediately upon realizing this, I contacted customer service to request the cancellation of the order. I urgently need my money refunded as I didn't intend to make any purchases. I am quite distressed by this mix-up and sincerely request for the entire order to be canceled promptly. The amount involved is not significant, under $[redacted], as it was an unintentional error. Please prioritize the refund process as I can't afford to wait. Kindly refund the money back to my card without delay. Your swift assistance in rectifying this mistake would be greatly appreciated.

I was led to believe that I was purchasing a neon light. Initially, I tried to process the refund via chat but was instructed to return the item to the store. After receiving the QR code necessary for the return due to delays caused by a recent winter storm from February 14 to February 19, I returned the item to the store on February 20. The staff at the store informed me that they do not process returns from Wish and advised me to seek the refund through Wish directly. Despite showing the email instructions from Wish, they declined the return, leaving me uncertain about how to proceed. Given the weather complications and the back-and-forth exchanges, I am seeking guidance on how to secure a refund for this item. Hello, my name is Steven Kelly. I placed an order on the 3rd of February for mostly 18k gold jewelry on top of silver. Some rings were supposed to be made of 18k gold on top of other metals. I raised complaints through the official channels on the website, but I haven't made any progress. I am only receiving half of my order, which was the second part made on a different day. The order I am referring to was placed on the 3rd of February. Instead of what I ordered, I received two small ladies' hooded tops, one plain and one with a zip. I am also expecting a gold bracelet, cross, and chain on the 21st of March according to the emails I received. I have been locked out of making any additional complaints and other functions on the website. My husband ordered 4 cameras and a DVR as there was a deal running on them. Today, we received the package, but there was only 1 camera and nothing else. To make matters worse, the camera doesn't even have the necessary connectors to plug into a DVR. My husband is extremely upset and has vowed not to order anything else from Wish. He feels let down by the misleading advertisement and lack of items received. We were prepared to spend a lot of money on Wish, but after this experience, we have lost trust in the platform. It's disappointing since we have family members interested in the security system too, as many of our houses have been broken into. Unfortunately, luck doesn't seem to be on our side this time.

I recently discovered that the product I ordered back in October did not reach me as expected. I paid $9 for shipping to a local business and was supposed to be notified upon arrival, but I never received any communication regarding the package from China. Although a partial refund was issued on December 3, I am unsatisfied with this resolution. I strongly desire to either receive the product I paid for along with shipping fees or a full refund. When I checked my orders, it said the product should arrive on December 20, [redacted], but it claimed to have been delivered on December 14, [redacted]. However, I never received the camera I paid for. It's lost, and I have had enough of Wish and online shopping. I am older and did not expect to be scammed by the Chinese. I ordered AirPods for my daughter and paid through PayPal. They were supposed to be delivered by Hermes on 11/1/21, but I never received them. Hermes claimed they were delivered, but I have not been reimbursed by PayPal as they support Hermes' claim. I have requested proof like photos or a delivery card to show the correct address, similar to Amazon's practice. I've canceled my PayPal and Wish accounts. If Hermes delivered to another address, why didn't I receive a card like Amazon provides? I've asked my neighbors, but they haven't received the goods or a card either. Amazon takes photos for delivery proof, and I have been unsuccessful in reaching Hermes. Social media feedback suggests many others are frustrated with Hermes' delivery service.

I bought a Mavic Pro 4K HD drone in January. I received an email stating it was delivered near my mailbox, but I couldn't find it on my property. My neighbors didn't have it either. The postal carrier couldn't recall. I contacted Wish through their website, and they asked me to wait a week post-delivery. After that time passed, they claimed delivery confirmation but didn't offer help. I requested a refund, but only received automated responses. I am frustrated and request a full refund, including shipping costs.

I made a purchase and paid for shipping. Despite waiting past the estimated delivery date, my order has not shown up. The UK Post Office just notified me about an additional postage charge for an item, likely the one I got from Wish. Dealing with Wish's customer service was frustrating since it seems non-existent - their AI robot just repeats without resolving anything. I need to escalate this problem, but there doesn't seem to be a way. This experience has put me off shopping at Wish.com in the future. I don't want to cover the extra postage fee after waiting so long and already paying for shipping.
