Help with my Wish.com issue
The issue in GetHuman-alilwhit's own words
Process a return, get a refund for late items as well as items never arriving ... Payment issue:**. Due to something wrong with your account we are unable to process your request at this time.**. Go to www. Wish. Com*payment issue and submitt a copy of your ID for verification..**. A customer support agent will get back to u in * days.. an I never get redirected to back support..*Email support:*S*****@***.com have sent several emails to them an when I say several I mean a lot.. response was * emails with the same automated reply referring to "return policy: an " terms of service"**. Have submitted my ID at both places and have never gotten a reply reguarding account verification.. I've sent screenshots of every error msg I've gotten an finally got a msg on screen to file an appeal reguarding this matter.. did that an after * weeks I got a reply stating my appeal was approved an I could return to shop an return.. not true all I can do at this point is brows the site..*I have removed all personal info aside from what would effect my basic account data.. I have unlinked google login access an removed auto pay to wish through PayPal.. deactivated google pay through both google an paypal .. there r no more payment methods available through those places..**. I added my debit card directly to wish as new payment method an try to place order an the issue is still occuring with same popup error msgs.. I've contacted google pay an paypal an both assure me there is nothing wrong with my payment methods nor is there a problem with my bank.. now this has been going on since April *th **** and I've spent around $**** on wish since then..**. Made new account with new info an email an login even used my birth name.. same shipping address same new debit card info.. an *st use I was blocked again with same msg popups.. so at that point I got drastic an deleted all wish accounts I could find not rembering how many I used..kept original an the problem is still occuring..**. Am addicted to wish so fine I'll figure this out an had my brother create an account with google login same mailing address same billing address same pymnt method with my name and info for payment an would u believe I am not having any problems.. I've been told the system blocked my account an at this time there is nothing wish can do..**. So to the system across the bored I should have been blocked on my brother's account too since the only difference is email addy but when I created brand new account I had new email new name same payment method info billing info an shipping info.. so in reviewing all my info what would u say the red flags are to the wish system so I can resolve the issues I'm having with my user account.. I have to shop on my brother's phone but buy from my account by just following myself through his user id.. the process for doing that is to find the unique user ID on his phone then go to my phone an type in the address bar of your browser where u need to go an then your directed to there profile page an begin following them.. now go back to his phone go to profile click on followers an start following my profile now you'll get access to all there saved lists an can shop from them from his account that is if u want that other wise shop as usual an order as usual on his phone.. of course I have ** followers on my account so you can see my list are extensive and point blank.. they have everything I have or want so it's just like browsing.. draw back gotta browse on my account an save whatever I find to my lists so I can buy them from his account..this is why I want to regain full access to my account.. all my purchases and notification go to my brother's phone all I get is payment confirmation from my paypal since I pay for the orders.. have to chk his phone constantly reguarding shipments an deliveries to store for pickup..had to even take his phone with bar code to pick up order then found out all I have to do is take a pic of barcode from my phone an can pickup with my phone..can u see what a process an inconvience to him it is.. so plz help me find the root of my account issues with wish and just how to fix them.. I've got through the wish help desk and there are no answers for me on exactly how to fix the problem but the problem is reproduce able. I've done everything one can do aside from actually deleting my account on wish.. if I do that I will lose all my saved lists and will not be able to shop from them on brother's phone anymore..
Is they are automatic responses to question asked by wish an based on your response they will decide the outcome.. an if u are getting a lot of refunds for shipping an no show orders it alerts the system an it begins to monitor your activity an if it continues the system automatically blocks your account.. then when they feel it's been long enough they send u a pop-up stating if u disagreeing with there decesion you can file an appeal reguarding this matter and an agent will get back to you an state no time frame.. ok so you take the time to write out the reasons for the returns and refunds in complete details thinking a human is going to respond not true.. your response sets off a quary based on key words and then makes a decesion weather or not to accept your appeal in your favor.. mine did however they don't realize that we're humans talking to machines and now hot to work around automated systems if humans realize there talking to machines.. you have to know a lot about customer service and retail to know what to do.. most of us have common sense.. on in this matter if ur flagged be sure to search the files on your device an look for one called antifraud.. found onen on my sd drive three times an it was put there by wish.. I deleted the file * times an * times it came back.. contex lodgic is also storing data on devices other than what's necessary.. I know sounds crazy but I'm constantly running backup on all the files on my phone an can say with certainty the file showed up when the account was blocked..
I just want to give my account back to me so I can spend more money.. it's an addiction for me an I need my dailey fix.. they blocked it an they can remove the block..
I've been wishing since March **** and have spent over four thousand dallers and that's just for me.. I tell everyone about wish when they ask where I shop
I've explained everything I've tried to fix payment issues return*refund issues and even detailed a workaround an have exausted all attempts to fix so it's not on my end it's there's..
