Good morning, On Saturday, I placed an order on your website for several items. During checkout, my total was around $40. When I checked back yesterday, I noticed a walkie-talkie from China had been added to my account for $[redacted]. I never viewed or intended to order this item as I already have a similar one at home. The item was never even searched for on the Android app. I know items shipped from China take a long time to arrive, and when I tried to cancel, it was likely still in the warehouse due to the time zone difference. I have successfully canceled orders in the past, so I am hopeful you can assist me. This situation is perplexing as I did not intend to add this item to my order. Thank you for your help in canceling this unwanted item.

I have noticed a charge of $39.99 for a product that I do not recognize. If this is not from a combined order that I placed, I did not make this purchase. I placed an order for a Xmas 3D unisex mask, order number 5FA6CC9D20C9879E07DA5F88, and it hasn't arrived. Out of the 9 items I ordered, I've only received 5 so far. I'm still waiting on the 2 Ruth Bader masks, 1 grinch mask, and the Xmas mask. I'm finding it hard to track my orders, with the last update on one order dating back to November 24th. It's frustrating not to have a customer service phone number to contact for assistance. I want to continue shopping with you in the future, but I need these last four masks to be delivered first. Hello, I've always had a great experience shopping with Wish, but I recently received a broken and bent putter. Surprisingly, it was a College of North Carolina Putter and Putter Cover, which was not indicated on the order form. I have pictures of the damaged item. Although I love the weight, length, and lie of the putter, I would like to return it and receive a replacement promptly. If you can send me a new one without the additional features, I would even consider buying two more. Kindly advise on how to proceed with the return. This has been quite disappointing. A few months back, I made some purchases but I seem to have misplaced any records of the transactions, including the confirmation order number. One item I recall was a bed spread. This happened around September, but I'm unsure of the specifics. I'm puzzled why I can't collect some socks I bought, now available, from your store until after Christmas. Any assistance in retrieving information about my past order and an explanation about the sock delay would be appreciated.

I am inquiring about my recent Wish order placed in late summer or early fall that has not been received yet. I cannot recall all the items, but one was a bedspread. How can I track my order and confirm it with my credit card company for charges? If validated, can a refund be provided to my card? I am concerned that the gifts will not arrive by Christmas. Additionally, I am puzzled by the delay in picking up an in-stock item from the local Wish store until after Christmas.

I received a white men's suit on December 5th, but the size I received was 5XL instead of the small size I ordered. I currently have it with me. I'm trying to contact you because I have another men's suit in my shopping cart and would like to receive credit to purchase that one instead. I can pay the difference. Additionally, I'm looking to return the incorrectly sized suit promptly. I purchased these boots from Wish, and I am disappointed with the poor quality. I have been attempting to contact Klarna but haven't had any success. I refuse to pay $30 for boots that are listed for $5. The cards used for the purchase are no longer active, so payment cannot be collected from them. I would like to return the boots and need an address to send them back. I have been trying to reach out for three weeks now without any assistance. I am frustrated with the lack of customer service. Hello, I ordered several items before May of [redacted] but have not received them all. Among the missing items are a wedding set of bands and some clothes. I contacted customer support, but I couldn't provide detailed information. I am not looking for a refund, just the items I purchased. I will need to check if there are any tracking numbers available due to the extended time frame and understanding the delays caused by the pandemic.

Hello, I placed an order on wish.com on October 5th, and I am missing an item that was supposed to be included in my order. I appreciate your help in resolving this issue as I have not received a response yet. Thank you. I am requesting a refund for a product I received from wish.com that is missing the power cable that was supposed to be included with it. I placed an order for a package with 6 items on November 20th, [redacted], and was expecting it to arrive by December 12, [redacted]. However, as of December 15, [redacted], my package has still not been delivered. Upon tracking it, I noticed that it has been stagnant in Bloomington, California since December 7th, [redacted]. I recently ordered a package with the New Global X50 Pro 7.2 inch to be shipped to Nigeria last month. However, I just discovered that the tracking number now shows the item was forwarded to Turkey instead. I am also having trouble logging into my Wish account as I lost my Facebook password. On December 14th, I mistakenly placed two orders because your website stored my card number without my consent from a previous purchase. I partially canceled both orders shortly after and received confirmation of the cancellations. However, on December 16th, my bank account was charged the total amount for both orders. I am seeking confirmation for the refund of €[redacted].45 and €[redacted].49.

I purchased a weight bench for my husband, which he is happy with. However, I received and was charged for two benches instead of one. I have repeatedly contacted customer service for a refund and the return address for the extra bench. Despite multiple attempts, I have not received the necessary information. This has been ongoing for two weeks, and the return policy states I must return the item within 30 days. I feel undervalued as a customer and simply want to return the extra bench. Can someone please provide me with the return address promptly?

I am disappointed with my recent orders. I placed two orders one after the other, and my second order is missing several items that I had purchased for my grandkids. The total cost of my first order was over two hundred dollars, while the second order was at least ninety dollars. I am frustrated that the gifts may not arrive by Christmas due to the shipping costs and missing items. I hope this issue can be resolved because I would prefer not to stop shopping with you. I paid for an item to be shipped within the USA with $12 shipping for a 4oz bottle. The majority overpaid for shipping so I could receive it by December 15th. Customer service informed me that it was sent to China instead, and now they are saying it's still within the delivery date. This is not acceptable; December 15th has already passed. I am requesting a refund. My name is Rickey Lawson. If I don't hear a response after the guaranteed delivery date of December 15th has passed, I will take further action.

I was surprised that I didn't see the total before finalizing my order, and I ended up spending all my Christmas money. I request an immediate full refund. While I understand it's my mistake, I believe displaying the total before finalizing the sale would have been helpful. I'm open to receiving Wish Cash as long as I can get the items before Christmas. I have placed several orders recently, and some of them have not arrived unlike usual. I used to feel reassured that I would get refunds, but now I see partial refunds, which I find inappropriate. It is unfair not to receive a full refund when it's not my fault if a product doesn't arrive. Some orders don't even offer a refund option, and it's impossible to contact a real person as the automated responses are not helpful.

I have ordered a few items from Wish, and they have been in South Africa for nearly 60 days now. Unfortunately, I have been unable to track my parcel, as it was sent via ordinary post, which the post office cannot trace. Can anyone offer guidance on how I can track my parcel or advise on who I should contact regarding this matter? The tracking number is SY[redacted]9. I would like to request a refund for a necklace I purchased on Wish. After reading feedback from other buyers, it appears the photos of the necklace on the seller's page do not match the actual product received. I would like to cancel my order before it ships to save on shipment costs. I am finding it challenging to communicate with Wish customer service, as it seems to be automated.
